It's going to be called The Middle of Somewhere Tour. A great name for a tour, just because of, you know, the people that I feel like we get to play music for”  The first leg of the tour will have Jordan Davis and Morgan Wade.. the Second half will include Lainey Wilson

Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez spent the weekend touring a $68 million Los Angeles mansion. The home has 12 bedrooms, 24 bathrooms and a massive pool THAT way I guess if there’s an argument, they can go to their respective zip codes in the house….

9 months in and Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani are having typical marital “discussions”.  A source tells OK magazine, Gwen decides what they’re going to have for dinner, she’s a vegetarian and Blake likes his meat and potatoes….and never squeezes the toothpaste from the bottom…ah…true love…

Sam Hunt and Hannah Lee Fowler have reportedly reunited. While it was previously reported that the pair were set to divorce, they have since called it off,   She originally accused him of infidelity…and is pregnant with the pair’s first child.  Revealing on Country Countdown USA that they are having a baby girl and like Luke Combs is waiting to give her a name.

This weekend Kelsea Ballerini returned to Knoxville, TN and Central High School, where she attended her Freshman and Sophomore years for a reunion – with everything shut down last year, the 10 year reunion in 2021, became the 11 year reunion in 2022….Technically she didn’t graduate from there…she moved to Nashville to chase the dream.. but felt THIS was the place she had those friendships, crushes, music and heartbreak.  If you’re familiar with Kelsea and Kenny Chesney’s number-one hit “Half of My Hometown” you’re familiar with her move from Knoxville to Nashville.

Country singer and actor Mickey Gilley, known for launching the Urban Cowboy movement in Country music and hit songs including “Stand By Me,” “Room Full of Roses” and “Lonely Nights,” died Saturday, May 7th, in Branson, Missouri at the age of 86.

Mother’s Day is this Sunday….we’re all grateful for the things we learned from her…Ingrid Andress says she Inherited Her Mother's Work Ethic ... "My mom has an incredible work ethic, and she raised five kids. And I definitely use that to this day. I don't have kids, but I feel like the music industry is difficult and takes a lot of work, and she definitely inspired me to work really hard."

Amber Heard continued her testimony about Johnny Depp's alleged abuse yesterday, while Johnny's people say she's giving the performance of her life.  The trial is on recess until May 16^th.

Will Smith is a guest star on an upcoming episode of David Letterman's Netflix talk show, "My Next Guest Needs No Introduction".  But it was recorded BEFORE the Oscars, so there will be no mention of THE SLAP….so I guess Letterman won’t be wearing a catcher’s mask…

Shania Twain says she’s Is Proud To Be A Parent ... “It’s such a joy to be a parent. So, I relate to all the mums out there who are getting all their love and appreciation from their kids, and I hope, when you’re a kid, a child of somebody, show your mum you love her, because it means everything.”  Celebrate mom this Sunday because she deserves it.

The premiere for "Top Gun: Maverick" was shown on board the U.S.S. Midway an Aircraft Carrier in San Diego…Tom Cruise arrived by Flying himself in on a helicopter and getting out like a sharped dressed man…as Tom Cruise would do.  Top Gun: Maverick (which also stars Jon Hamm, Jennifer Connelly, and Miles Teller) arrives in U.S. theaters on May 27.

Blake Shelton and Carson Daly are creating a new game show for the USA Network called ''Barmageddon.'' Nikki Bella will host the show from Blake's Nashville bar. Celebrities will play games against one another at the bar.  And Dolly Parton tells Billboard magazine that she wants Mick Jagger and the Rolling Stones to be her backing band if she records a rock album.  I might get some different rock bands, some of the classic bands, to back me on some of the songs I do and then do two or three or four originals.

Dave Chappelle was attacked onstage while doing a show at the Hollywood Bowl.  Cellphone video shows a man running across the stage and tackling Chappelle while doing his act. Reports say the attacker had a gun and knife, but they were NOT used in the attack.  His attacker tried to escape, but then he got tackled by Dave's entourage.  He was taken away in an ambulance after being roughed up backstage. When he returned to the stage, Dave credited Jamie Foxx with helping to apprehend the guy.

Meg Ryan is in two of the most beloved romantic comedies of all time "When Harry Met Sally" and "You've Got Mail".  And she's making her return to the genre in a movie she's also directing. It's called "What Happens Later", and she and David Duchovny play exes who are forced to reunite when they get snowed in at an airport.  The release window has been tentatively set for 2023, although specific dates have not been selected at this point.

Daniel Radcliffe stars as “Weird Al” Yankovic in an upcoming biopic about the legendary musician, comedian, and parodist. Ahead of the film’s premiere this fall, the first teaser trailer below. The film, is titled WEIRD: The ‘Weird Al’ Yankovic Story, The biopic “holds nothing back, exploring every facet of Yankovic’s life, from his meteoric rise to fame with early hits like ‘Eat It’ and ‘Like a Surgeon’ to his torrid celebrity love affairs and famously depraved lifestyle.”

She’s a whole lotta country – now Dolly Parton is a little bit rock and roll too as the music icon is one of the 6 artists headed to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame this Fall. The final list of inductees also includes Pat Benatar, Eminem, Duran Duran, Eurythmics, Carly Simon, and American Idol judge Lionel Richie.  Dolly and the other Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees will be honored during a ceremony in LA on November 5th.

Heeeeere's money!  The axe prop that Jack Nicholson used in "The Shining" sold for $175,000. The auction had a total of 12 bids. .  And it's not even autographed.  As for the axe itself, it's made of foam and resin.  Which makes it pretty lightweight, perfect for Jack to be swinging it all around the Overlook Hotel.  It's displayed in a shadowbox with photos from the movie.

Chris Janson and Travis Tritt will embark on a co-headline tour, the ‘Can't Miss’ Tour, kicks off on Oct 7 in West Virginia. Janson just released his fourth studio album, "All In," on Friday. The disc includes the track "Things You Can't Live Without" featuring Tritt. Chris is currently on his “All In” tour that started in February.

Justin Lin has stepped down as director of "Fast X" because of Vin Diesel, a so-called "source with knowledge of the situation" claims he left because Vin Diesel is difficult.  Saying "Diesel shows up late to the set.  He doesn't know his lines.  And he shows up out of shape. This kind of tracks with what The Rock has said, and why he won't work with Diesel anymore.

Are your Mother's Day plans set?  Jordan Davis is getting his mom flowers, and if all goes right . . . raw fish.  “We’ll get her flowers or take her to…we’re slowly getting her into Sushi so, we love to take mom out to Sushi spots on Mothers Day.”  Jordan is on tour right now and you can see him in West Des Moines June 23^rd at the Val Air Ballroom

The Field of Dreams series that will stream on Peacock has found its filming location. And that location will be  Iowa. Production is set to begin this summer and will take place at different locations in Iowa, including Polk, Mahaska, Clinton and Boone counties as well as cities across the country, including Los Angeles Minneapolis and Boston
