Ron Howard wants "Backdraft" to be the next of his movies to get the TV series treatment.  That's the 1991 firefighter movie starring Kurt Russell and William Baldwin.  He told "Entertainment Weekly", that, "We could do it efficiently and safely . . .He clarified that a series is NOT in the works, but that producer Brian Grazer talks about it from time to time.  If it were to happen, it would be Ron's third movie to become a series.

Tyler Hubbard explains why he didn't change the title of his song "5 Foot 9", after finding out his wife Hayley is 5'10".  First, it was already written, and you don't change a finished product.  Plus, he wasn't sure at the time if he would even record it, so it wouldn't have made a difference.

No doubt Maren Morris had good intentions when she apologized to the LGBTQ+ community on Friday's episode of "RuPaul's Drag Race".  But it DID sound like she was trying to represent all of country music. And now, someone in "country music" . . . namely Thompson Square . . . has taken issue with that.  Yesterday they Tweeted, "Didn't realize there was a spokesperson for all of country music these days."  I’m not sure what was she apologizing for anyway,  did she take their skittles?

The Grammy Awards are February 3rd, and Luke Combs has three nominations.  Somebody wondered how he feels about it, and he said this “I mean you know getting these Grammy nominations is awesome you know? You know they don’t come around too often. And so you know having the opportunity to just be to be thought of when that time comes is pretty unique and is always always awesome.“  The 65^th Annual Grammy Awards hosted by Trevor Noah, Sunday February 5^th at 6pm on CBS.

The NY Post says Lisa Marie Presley's three daughters, Riley, Harper and Finley, will inherit Graceland. Lisa will be buried on the property. Elvis purchased the home in 1957 for $100,000. The estate is now worth $500 million. Lisa Marie once said, “Graceland was given to me and will always be mine. And then passed to my children. It will never be sold.”

Looks likeKelsea Ballerini is dating an actor named Chase Stokes.  He played John B. on the Netflix teen drama "Outer Banks".  On Friday, he posted a photo of them looking very much like a couple.  The pic was shot from behind as they're sitting in the stands at the College Football Championship game.

Lainey Wilson thrilled fans at a show in California last week, by bringing her "Yellowstone" co-star Ian Bohen up onstage.  He plays her love interest Ryan on the show.  She introduced him,  and joked about how fans had seen them hook-up on-screen.  Ian did NOT perform with her.

Entertainment Tonight says Lisa Marie Presley is going to be buried next to her son, Benjamin. Her body will be laid to rest at Presley's family estate in Tennessee. Elvis's parents, his grandmother and his twin brother are also buried at Graceland.

Ben and Jen aren’t the only ones doing it…NOW, 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin stunned customers at the Burger Me restaurant in Reno, Nevada. He was serving food from the drive-thru. People quickly caught on that Steve was filming a TV commercial. He took selfies with fans.  So far the Super Bowl commercials this season are all about celebs and their side hustles.  Should be entertaining.

And We lose another one…  Lisa Marie Presley died in an L.A. hospital yesterday after her heart stopped working.  It happened just days after she attended the Golden Globes to see Austin Butler win for playing her dad.  She would have been 55 next month.

Earlier this week we reported that Ben Affleck was spotted serving coffee at a Medford, Massachusetts Dunkin Donuts.  Well, Radar Online says he has signed an eight-figure deal to endorse Dunkin'.  The website says Ben loves Dunkin Donuts and was filming a Super Bowl commercial at the restaurant.

Remember Riverdance? Well, it’s starMichael Flatley has been diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer.  His team says, quote, "He has undergone surgery and is in the care of an excellent team of doctors."  Flatley is 64 years old.

Eric Church just announced the dates for his summer tour.  And he's going big . . . 27 shows in 26 cities. It's called The Outsiders Revival Tour.  He posted the schedule online and said it's a big deal for him.  It's his first time he's headlining his own summer outdoor amphitheater tour. The tour kicks off in Milwaukee on June 22nd, and he'll finish up in Tampa, Florida on September 30^th With a stop at the Iowa State Fair August 13^th.

Luke Combs is releasing a new album on March 24th.  Even though it has 18 songs, it seems like we've heard most of them because he keeps teasing tracks on social media.  In fact, he just shared a new clip of the song "Love You Anyway"...

TMZ says Malcolm in the Middle star Frankie Muniz has become a full-time NASCAR driver. He says, "This has been a lifelong dream of mine. I look forward to not only demonstrating my ability on the track and just how serious how I am in progressing in my racing career. but also showing my son and family what it is to chase your dreams and re-invent yourself."

Can you imagine Tom Hanks as a villain? Giant Freakin Robot says Tom Hanks is allegedly in talks to play one in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The website says he could play Doctor Doom or a villain in the upcoming Fantastic Four movie. He could also play Mr. Sinister in an upcoming X-Men movie. At this point just about every actor in Hollywood has appeared in a Marvel or DC universe movie.

Thomas Rhett still wants to follow in his family's footsteps and become a pilot someday.  “Definitely see me still wantin’ to do that. I have so many pilots in my family. I think it would take a little more trust on my own end to trust that I could do it right. I’m not the most attention to detail person, and I feel like you really need to be detailed to be a pilot. So, I don’t know. “ But don't worry, he isn't giving up country music for a gig with Spirit Airlines.
