Welcome to The List,
And the first day of Summer,
Justin Moore Enjoys his Summer and likes to go places where no one can find him ... “My zen places, if you will, are either on the lake on my boat fishing or in a tree huntin’. be in the middle of nowhere where if somebody wanted to, there’s no way they could find me. That’s my favorite places to be.”..My favorite place is the dinning room with a box of Oreo’s…

"Top Gun: Maverick" star Glen 'Hangman' Powell tells the USA Today newspaper that he and the cast pigged out after filming was done. Saying ''We took down more tater tots than a human has ever eaten. We lived it up. Then we get a call right after dinner. It was like: 'We got the vibe, but we need more. We're going to have to reshoot in a couple of weeks.'' Oops!

Jake Owen Says says HIS favorite summer activity is pretty simple…”I mean I like anything, I like just drinking beer. I like being with my friends, I like being on my boat.” Sometimes that’s all it’s about, keeping it simple. Jake’s career is ANYTHING but simple. He’s doing very well with his hit “Best Thing Since Back Roads” and he’s on his 34 date cross country ‘Up There Down Here’ Tour that will bring him through North Eastern Iowa to the Delaware County Fair in Manchester July 14th

A new movie about Elvis Presley is out this weekend and Tom Hanks will play Colonel Tom Parker, Elvis’ Manager/Promoter. “Was he a cheap carny…yes…did he have an artistic bone in his body? No…We were able to put together I think a realistic approach to what a genius the Colonel was up until 1968.” It looks to be a pretty good movie if you’re an Elvis fan it’s going to be a must see. We’ll take a look at ‘Elvis’ Thursday with ‘At The Movies’ during the Drive At Five. ‘Elvis’ is in theaters this weekend.

Will Kane Brown start wearing a cowboy hat? Maybe! He tells Music Mayhem magazine that a cowboy hat makes him feel powerful. Saying his stylist brought him one to wear. Adding, ‘No wonder Jon Pardi and Kenny Chesney feel… Just powerful’. I had to put it on, I feel like a bigger superstar!” it’s kinda why Tom Cruise wears lifts in his shoes…so he can be taller…and feel more…. well, never mind…
-----
And finally, Sports Illustrated says Tom Brady promoted his new underwear line yesterday on Twitter. He posted a picture of himself standing next to a man in boxer briefs. The man was holding a sign that read; "Stop trying to promote your underwear, Tom."….that’s a good place to end…

Welcome to The List,
Thinking about starting a band? Sometimes the hardest part is the promotions….Just ask Parmalee Star Matt Thomas On The Funny Ways The Band Promoted Themselves When They Were Starting Out ... “We were relentless about promotions. We’d ride around with stickers on our cars, we even rented one of those signs in our front yard with the big flashing arrow that said Parmalee Friday night at the club. My dad would pull it around in his blue Ford pickup truck.”

The Hollywood Walk of Fame Class of 2023 was announced Friday. The list of 24 inductees includes Uma Thurman . . . Vince Vaughn . . . Ludacris . . . Jonas Brothers . . . and Lenny Kravitz… Amber Heard was spotted at a TJ Maxx in Bridgehampton, New York with her sister on Thursday. Is she getting frugal because she owes Johnny Depp more than $8 million? Or does she always shop there?
-----
First jobs are..well let’s face it FIRST JOBS…and, their not always the most fun…Jon Pardi tells CMT that he hated working at a grocery store. Saying “The worst job he ever had was at the hometown grocery store. He didn’t want to work. He was 15 and didn’t want to work at the grocery store. bagging was fun. But going down the aisles and pulling up cans and turn them around and face them. Was the worst he would just get so bored…

In a surprise twist, Pixar and Disney’s new movie Lightyear lost Father’s Day weekend and failed to holdover Jurassic World Dominion at the domestic box office. Lightyear was expected to top the chart with a $70 million to $85 million opening. Instead, the Toy Story spinoff buzzed to a disappointing $51 million. That’s to bad, it looked like a fun movie…
-----
The things that we do for art….and authenticity…In a new interview, Faith Hill said she was forced to let her armpit hair grow out before filming "1883". "Taylor called my husband. We were at our nephew's wedding, and he said, 'Who's gonna be the one to tell your wife that she has to stop shaving under her arms?' "And I'm thinking, 'What? We're at a wedding. Can this wait?' He goes, 'No, stop tonight.' That was three months before filming. She thought maybe they could just tape something on…but no…it really grossed her out.

Welcome to The List,
Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson were walking to their car in New York City on Wednesday night, and fans were crowding around them, trying to get autographs and selfies. One guy got too close, and actually TRIPPED Rita. Tom stopped, turned back toward the crowd, and yelled, quote, "This is my wife. Back the [eff] off!" Being yelled at by Tom Hanks is like being yelled at by the one parent who never raises their voice, or that teacher you always thought loved you. It's not scary, but it's shocking . . . and it hurts

Luke Combs' new album, "Growin' Up", is out next week. The sound will be 100% Luke, although it'll be missing something that's dear to his heart. He tells "The New York Times" that there are no beer songs on it. There are references to his favorite beverage, but no songs about it. It's because the album reflects how his life has been changing.
-----
Beavis and Butthead Do the Universe" hits Paramount+ next week . ., and Beavis and Butthead aren't limiting themselves to music videos. They'll also comment on clips from YouTube and TikTok. Creator Mike Judge says, quote, "There's just so much to watch.
-----
Chris Hemsworth says he’s still getting in shape to play Hulk Hogan."Todd Phillips is busy doing Joker 2 and he’s been off doing other films like ‘Thor Love and Thunder’ which is in theaters July 7th. It's all in conversations and in development, a lot of things need to come together for it to happen. He doesn’t have 24-inch pythons... yet."
-----
Jackson Dean comes from a very broad musical background. The ‘Don’t Come Lookin’ singer tells Entertaiment-Focus.com There was always music being played in the house. Hank Jr, David Allan Coe and older Country artists like that. There was a lot of Blues music and then bands like the Allman Brothers, The Band and on into stuff like Led Zeppelin and AC/DC too. Sounds pretty well rounded…
