Last week Maren Morris tweeted that she might like to try out for the Broadway show for “Wicked” so, why not!  She shared her Video Audition Tape  of 'The Wizard And I', from the musical.  She said in the post that the video was a test shot for her audition for the musical. That would be cool…and something to add to the ole resume'

"Bad Boys 4" is still in development despite Will Smith slapping Chris Rock at the Oscars.  Sony chairman Tom Rothman tells Screen Rant. That was a very unfortunate thing that happened, and I don’t think it’s really my place to comment, except to say that I’ve known Will Smith for many years, and I know him to be a good person. I believe his apology and regret is genuine, and I believe in forgiveness and redemption.'' And of course the big payday when Bad Boys 4 hits theaters. That release date has not been announced.

Tim McGraw tells Variety magazine that Faith Hill forced him to shower on the set of ''1883''. “There were a few times that my wife forced me to take a shower while we were shooting , because I wanted to stay in character as best I could. She’s like, ‘I don’t care about Method. You stink!’”

American Idol Season 20 is over, and its winner has been crowned! The season finale aired live last night pitting the top three competitors against each other once and for all.  Leah Marlene, Hunter Girl and Noah Thompson. After the final vote tally Ryan Seacrest announced Noah Thompson and the American Idol!  ABC announced earlier this month that the singing competition will return for another season, and it's likely that Katy Luke and Lionel will all return in addition to Seacrest.

Dylan Scott does NOT like doing music video’s “It’s a little uncomfortable for me, because you gotta act a little bit.  But it’s a cool thing to do.”   Adding, music videos and photo shoots are very critical with going along with the music, So, you just gotta suck it up and do it.

I’ve always heard Tom Cruise was…short, well he’s 5 ft 7 and stood eye-to-eye with Kate Middleton at the London premiere of “Top Gun: Maverick”.  SHE was wearing three-inch stiletto heels… Tom shall we say “padded” his shoes, with a stacked heel and placed elevating insoles inside of them which made HIM 6 foot tall…to which I say just OWN it…

Brad Paisley talks to Ellen about the anniversary gift for his wife after 19 years it was a stool made to look like a giant corn cob with a bite taken out of it. “She’s got this thing we call a she shack and it’s got this chicken theme.  It’s got a stuffed chicken stool rest thing and it’s eating this ear of corn.  It’s such a great anniversary gift for anyone thinking about doing that.” One of his sons is getting ready to finally take his driving test but isn’t really excited about it…

Sean Connery's Aston Martin is for sale. The 1964 DB5 is the same model he drove in the movie ''Goldfinger'' minus the machine guns, ejector seat and oil slick maker. Connery bought the car in 2018 and then passed away two years later. The car is expected to sell for $1.8 million.  At least he got to drive it a few more times…I always dreamed about that car when I was a kid.

Fans may want Jason Momoa and Lisa Bonet to give their marriage another shot but it appears the Aquaman star is moving on. People Magazine reports that they've heard from multiple sources that Momoa and fellow actor Eiza González are an item. They've reportedly been seeing one another since Feb. and are now exclusive, after "meeting through work and mutual connections." According to the source,   Aquaman 2 is in development and is scheduled to hit theaters next year.

Jason Aldean says his kids may follow in his musical footsteps. “It’s possible, Memphis and Navy you know they’re constantly banging around on piano’s and guitars and singing so, they seem to have a love for music. Which is where it starts so we’ll see what happens.” Meanwhile Jason Aldean’s ‘Rock N’ Roll Cowboy Tour 2022 with Gabby Barrett and John Morgan comes through the Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines October 27th.

Yellowstone officially has a premiere date for its fifth season. The hit Paramount Network series returns for Season 5 on Sunday, Nov. 13 at 8 p.m. ET, reports TV Line. Yellowstone's fifth season is already underway in production for what will be the series' longest season yet, consisting of 14 episodes split into two seven-episode halves. Season 4 left off with an ominous message for the Dutton family courtesy of Kayce Dutton's vision quest, which warned about "the end of us." Spooky…

Meanwhile, Squid Game fans who are eager for Season 2 of the hit Netflix show are gonna have to wait a while longer for the show to return. According to Vanity Fair, series creator commented on a prospective release date, telling the outlet that the show may not be ready to go until late 2023 or early 2024. Of course you can always re-watch Squid Game Season 1 anytime on Netflix.

Speaking of Netflix, Jennifer Lopez is set to give fans an inside look at her life in the new Netflix documentary, Halftime. The film follows  Lopez's career and will give fans a special look at her 2020 Super Bowl halftime performance alongside Shakira.  Halftime will premiere on June 8,

The Sanderson sisters will be returning to Salem nearly 29 years after the Black Flame Candle was first lit. Disney on Tuesday officially revealed the release date for Hocus Pocus 2.  Watch for Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Kathy Najimy to be summoned back as Winifred, Sara, and Mary Sanderson on Friday, Sept. 30, just in time for Halloween,

Monarch, the forthcoming country music drama starring Trace Adkins and Susan Sarandon, will finally see its premiere this fall, Fox Entertainment says. The series was originally planned for a premiere in January 2022, but it was delayed due to COVID-19 concerns.  Monarch is a show about "three generations of a country music family juggling life's rawest emotions — love and lust, hate and heartache, living in the shadow of your parents and coming-of-age." An official date for the premiere has not yet been announced.

Broken Bow Records reports The Beach Boys are going to play the Grand Ole Opry on May 27th….Lainey Wilson tells People magazine that her song, 'Things a Man Outta Know', ended a marriage. "The other day this man slid in my DMs and was like, 'Your song ruined my marriage.''' Lainey replied, "Man, that was you! I just brought awareness to the situation, brother."

It’s a new generation of the Dutton family and explore the early twentieth century when pandemics, historic drought, the end of Prohibition, and the Great Depression all plague the mountain west, and the Duttons who call it home.” “1932” will premiere in December.

ABC is open to having Chris Rock host next year's Academy Awards ..no doubt, he’ll be wearing boxing gloves…just in case…The Daily Mail says Tom Cruise did not pilot the $70 million fighter jet he is seen flying in ''Top Gun Maverick''. The paper says he was denied clearance by the Navy. Tom says he did all of his own stunts for the film.

There’s nothing better than sitting at home and binge-watching programs.  Just ask Tim McGraw he’s found a few he likes ‘Yellowstone’ ‘Succession’ and an unexpected favorite. “We’d heard about it and heard about it and put off watchin’ it – was Ted Lasso.  There was so much heart to that show and so much wisdom to that show that I really fell in love with it, and certainly fell in love with Jason Sudeikis’ character. He’s just such like a likable guy." Adding there’s nothing like sitting on a rainy day with a fireplace going, binge-watching a program.

There are books about parenting…there are videos about parenting.  Thomas Rhett Thinks Writing A 'Parenting' Album Would Be Fun ... “I feel like that’d be super fun, you know, just to write from a super self-deprecating point of view of how challenging it is just to parent. That’s something that would be intriguing to me, and it also sounds really fun” He posted one thing on Instagram last year, of this made-up idea of an album called Parenting, and got thousands of comments about titles and lyrics that were just cracking him up.

Fans are one step closer to seeing Yellowstone Season 5. Five months after the last episode of Season 4 aired, the cast and crew have headed back to the Dutton family ranch, with Paramount Network confirming Monday, May 16 that production on Yellowstone Season 5 has officially begun. The series films in Montana.
