Apparently, Hollywood and the various streaming services haven't heard how bad the economy is, because movie stars are still getting MASSIVE payouts. Tom Cruiseis projected to earn $100 million for "Top Gun: Maverick" alone.  Of course that also includes profit participation and all those other perks.  But check out what these other stars are getting paid for their upcoming movies:

Dwayne Johnson, "Black Adam". . . $22.5 million

Chris Hemsworth, "Extraction 2". . . $20 million

Jason Momoa is getting $15 million for "Aquaman 2". . . Eddie Murphyis getting the same for a fourth "Beverly Hills Cop". . .

Alana "Honey Boo Boo" Thompson is reportedly getting weight loss surgery next month.  She's 275 pounds, and wants to slim down to 125.  She's tried to lose weight through diet and exercise, but it's not working.

Miranda Lambert and Gwen Sebastian have finished their" summer camping" vacation.  Miranda shared photos that included a group pic on a river raft.  She wrote, "Thanks to Gwennie's family for the great hang and high note to end on.  What an amazing trip.  Best summer ever."

Was there a song or album you were obsessed with as a kid?  Lady A's Charles Kelley remembers being 10 years old and listening to Nirvana's album "Nevermind" over and over.  He says, quote, "Anytime I hear it I'm immediately teleported back.  The sound of it blew me away."

Henry Cavill quickly started to trend on Wednesday following a report that the actor could announce his return as Superman at the first San Diego Comic-Con event since the pandemic. News of Cavill’s possible appearance was mentioned in passing in a Deadline report on what to expect at the fan convention this weekend, but that was all that it took for Twitter to run wild.

This is sure to cause some fake outrage:  Brad Pitt wore a SKIRT to the Berlin premiere of his upcoming movie "Bullet Train"…NOT a kilt a skirt…The outfit showed off Brad's shin tattoos . . . which is a rarity.  They include a rhino's face and a skull. Brad has several other tattoos in various places, including several dedicated to his ex-wife Angelina Jolie. Bullet Train is set to hit theaters August 5th.

Walker Hayes" got a wrist slap" from Applebee's for referencing their competitor, Olive Garden, in his song "Y'all Life".  Applebee's had built a huge campaign around being name-checked by him in "Fancy Like", but Walker reminded them that he's NOT in the restaurant business.

What do you do when you’re in need of a car seat for a $300,000 Rolls-Royce? Well ya can’t just go to Walmart…just ask Floyd Mayweather Jr…he needed one for his grandson so he had one custom made out of MINK with his grandsons name Kentrell Jr stitched in yellow.  It set him back $!8,000.

Shania Twain has a documentary headed to Netflix called "Not Just a Girl".  It'll cover her career from her beginnings, to making it big internationally.  It's been in the works for quite a while, and according to a Tweet from Netflix, it'll come out on the 26th.

The ACMs are on the move, and leaving Las Vegas.  They announced yesterday that the "58th Academy of Country Music Awards" will be going down May 11th at the Ford Center at The Star in Frisco, Texas . . . which is where the Dallas Cowboys practice.  It'll be streaming globally on Amazon Prime. Details as far as nominees, hosts, performers and ticket sales will be released in the coming months.

Eddie Murphy is making a holiday comedy for Amazon called "Candy Cane Lane"..  "Lightyear" hits Disney+ on August 3rd. and Mattel is coming out with a movie about Matchbox cars and the trailer for the very final Michael Meyers ‘Halloween’ movie and we mean it this time.. has been released it’s called “Halloween Ends” in theaters October 14th…There’s a lot to look forward to…

Rocker/Movie Director Rob Zombie's "Munsters" movie is heading straight to Netflix . . . which is also the home of Tim Burton's upcoming "Addams Family" series, "Wednesday". The original "Munsters" and "Addams Family" ran against each other on network TV from 1964 to 1966. Rob posted some pictures from an old "TV Guide" that previewed the 1964 - '65 season, and said, quote, "This fall we are gonna spook-out like it's 1964!  There's no release date for either yet.

TV shows like The Voice and American Idol sometimes miss the boat…The Voice and Luke Combs and American Idol with Maren Morris.  Posting that her mom found her American Idol audition ticket from 2007. She didn’t make it past the first round cattle call…It feels like the equivalent of your mom saving your 10th place trophy. They passed on me in 5 seconds. Sometimes the long road pays off.

Carrie Underwood finally received her Grammy Award in the mail. The American Idol alum shared a photo of her eighth gold trophy that she received for her contribution to the album My SaviorMy Savior is the eighth studio album from Carrie Underwood, and it was released in March 2021. She's infused faith-based songs throughout her catalog, but the album was her first full one dedicated to all gospel music.

People magazine says that even though Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck had a small ceremony in Vegas they ARE planning on having a large wedding party so they can celebrate with family and friends.  As far as a honeymoon…nothing is planned yet…

Somebody in Jason Aldean's hometown of Macon, Georgia painted a mural of his face on the side of a store, and it's not good.  His face is crooked, and his teeth are messed up.  The mural is called Macon Greatest, and it has other hometown heroes, like Otis Redding.  Jason hasn't commented.  And Reba McEntire is trying to reboot her TV show "Reba".  It ran from 2001 to 2007 on the CW.

OUR KIX CRITTER OF THE WEEK, DAKOTA!!

Dakota is a 6 year old cat that was surrendered to ARL through no fault of his own. He likes his independence and would do best as the only cat in the home. However, as Rachel explained he loves kittens!!Dakota enjoys lounging around and curling up in his cat bed. Dakota is front declawed.

Congratulations Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez…finally tying the knot it a small ceremony in Las Vegas.  It happened at the Little White Wedding chapel around midnight in front of their 5 respective children.  Jennifer confirmed the news on her newsletter ‘On The JLo” with pictures.  Just proves that after four marriages, six engagements 20 years just proves it can still happen!!

Do YOU think Jon Pardi is still a rookie artist?  A newcomer to the party? Well, HE sure does.  He tells CMT exactly THAT!  People tell him that he’s already a legend, and he doesn’t see that.  He just doesn’t look at himself in that way.  He’s just a guy praying that fans like each song he puts out.

Luke Bryan turned 46 yesterday, and he celebrated it by downing some "beer cake."  His wife Caroline gave him a custom cake that featured an edible can of Two Lane Beer on the top.  Two Lane is Luke's premiere beer.

The NY Post says Demi Moore took her dog with her while visiting the famed Louvre Museum in Paris. She and Pilaf took a selfie while standing in front of the Mona Lisa. The museum has a strict policy that prohibits animals.Unless of course you’re Demi Moore….

There may be driver coming from Hollywood to NASCAR.  Malcolm in the Middle star Frankie Muniz is in talks to become a driver.  Saying he hasn’t done a lot of oval racing, but that he wants acting to be his side job and focus on racing full time…whether it’s NASCAR – ARCA, Trucks or whatever.  I’m racing against people who have been doing it since they were six years old, and I've gotta do it quickly."
