Here’s someone we haven’t heard from in a while…Gene Hackman!!  He hasn't worked in almost 20 years, and he's rarely seen in public.  But he's still the BA he's always been. Someone snapped pictures of Gene . . . who's 93 years old . . . doing yard work at his ranch in Santa Fe, New Mexico.  But first, he went on a Wendy's run and chowed down on a chicken sandwich and a Coke.

CMT's "Hot 20 Countdown" asked a bunch of country stars to name the weirdest thing fans have thrown at them on stage.  Thomas Rhett said a packet of breast milk . . . Jelly Roll said men's tighty-whities . . . and Hardy said a prosthetic leg, then he drank a BEER out of it.

Two big NFL rumors are going around.  Supposedly, Aaron Rodgers is interested in playing for the New York Jets, and Tom Brady is considering another unretirement to join the Miami Dolphins . . . which he's already denied.

The CMA Fest is celebrating its 50th year this June, and they're going big. The initial lineup has been announced, and it’s pretty much everyone you could think of. They include Tim McGraw, Luke Bryan, Miranda Lambert, Keith Urban, Jason Aldean, Jimmie Allen, Dierks Bentley, Eric Church, Luke Combs, Dan + Shay, and Lainey Wilson. How fired up can one get after a screening of a movie…well, “Creed III” is the number one movie at the box office right now…The Daily Mail says a couple ladies took it to another level…after a screening in France….They started boxing each other!!!  Some theatergoers crowded around them while others ran for the exit. No word on what sparked the brawl. The fight was quickly broken up.

Ireland Baldwin's baby shower went down over the weekend . . . at a strip club.  Ireland's 69-year-old mother Kim Basinger was there…if you’re wondering no cinematographers were harmed….

There's a fungus-killing bacteria named after Keanu Reeves because he's "extremely deadly in his roles."  during an Ask Me Anything forum on Reddit on Saturday, a user asked Keanu what he thought about it, and he seemed pretty into it.  He said, quote, "They should've called it John Wick . . . but that's pretty cool . . . and surreal for me.  But thanks, scientist people!  Good luck and thank you for helping us."

It's pretty obvious from Chris Rock's Netflix special over the weekend that he hasn't forgiven Will Smith.  But apparently, Will is trying to make things right. A "source" says,  "He's tried unsuccessfully to make amends in the best way he could with Chris.  But beyond that, family is important to him and [Smith] leaned on them." adding that Will feels he has become a better person since then.  Quote, "He is better but still remorseful."

People have been wondering about a phrase in Chris Janson’s new song “All I Need Is You” it’s the one about "a bigger one on the wall" . . . What’s that about? He says “I think people read too much into things that are very obvious.  “It's about a bigger fish or a bigger buck, or any kind of wild game. As a hunter and a fisher and a conservationist, we always want the next biggest greatest thing, so that's where that line came from."

Another ‘Alien’ movie is in the works…it’ll be the ninth in the franchise.  The press release says of the film. "a group of young people on a distant world [who] find themselves in a confrontation with the most terrifying life form in the universe,".  The new ‘Alien’ film begins production in Budapest March 9^th.

Blake Shelton tells Entertainment Tonight that he has been getting emotional while filming episodes for his final season on "The Voice". “I don’t think it’s really gonna hit me until the last episode, because when you’re in it, you’re in it.  But there’s been a few moments. I mean, it’s been 23 seasons, 12 years. I met my wife on there. Everything good that could come from something like that, I maxed it out.”

Lastly, more Keanu Reeves news…Giant Freaking Robot says Keanu Reeves was recently doing a Q&A session on Reddit when he said he would like to do a John Wick crossover with Denzel Washington's franchise, "The Equalizer". "That would be crazy. Crazy good!'' I would agree…

We waited a year for Chris Rock to respond to THE SLAP at last year's Oscars . . . and to be honest, it was kind of worth it.  Rock unloaded on Will Smith during his live Netflix special Saturday night.  He mentioned Jada's affair with one of her sons friends August Alsina, and said that since last year's Oscars, quote, "Now I watch 'Emancipation' just to see [Will] get whooped."

Morgan Wallen's new album is HUGE . . . but instead of celebrating with a big industry bash, he went back to his roots, for real.  Last Thursday . . . the day before his new album "One Thing at a Time" was released . . . he performed a surprise concert at his high school.  The crowd included members of the senior class, faculty, and the baseball team. The show was about an hour long, and it took place on the baseball field.  It included the first-ever live performances of several new tracks,  Morgan also invited the principal on-stage, and presented him with a $35,000 donation to the school.  It's going to go toward musical instruments . . . and repairing the field after the concert.

Jake Gyllenhaal filmed some scenes for the upcoming "Road House" remake at this weekend's UFC 285 event.  Released by Amazon Studios with no date for release except for “sometime next year” has been announced. Jake is playing Dalton . . . although they've changed his first name from "John" to "Elwood". ..Still, I thought he’d be…bigger…

Ryan Seacrest's departure from Live With Kelly and Ryan was a surprise for fans of the show, but according to The Blast, Seacrest is leaving the morning show to focus on his other jobs, including one that recently opened up. The folks at Good Morning America and ABC News are kicking around having the American Idol star come in to replace T.J. Holmes and Amy Robach. The Blast's sources allege that the folks at ABC News are courting Seacrest, offering to revamp the show completely to support his needs on the show and highlight his strengths.

Bailey Zimmerman talks about how he got his start in country music ... Bailey says he was building gas pipelines when his first song blew up on Tik Tok. “I wrote my first song that I ever tried to write one night, like two weeks after trying to sing. Then I posted it to Tik Tok and it went viral so then the next morning I just quit my whole job and was like I’m just going to do music.”  Which is something I would NEVER suggest….the music business can be fickle…

And lastly, It's Women's History Month, so to celebrate…"Everything Nash" has ranked the most influential female artists in country music history.  Their top five are Loretta Lynn, Dolly Parton, Reba McEntire, Tammy Wynette, and Carrie Underwood.

This is what you want from your viral marketing:  Paramount hired a guy to promote "Scream 6" by hanging around Sonoma Plaza in California dressed as the killer, Ghostface. Well, people who didn't know he was being paid called 911 . . . The studio chose an interesting spot, given that scenes from the original "Scream" were filmed in the area back in 1996.  "Scream 6" hits theaters next Friday.

Lainey Wilson pledged to donate $1 from every ticket for her sold out tour to We Are Moving the Needle.  It's a nonprofit organization that supports women in the recording and professional audio industry.  Laney said, quote, "Thank you for the genuine and continued support to lift up women in music."

Something wicked this way comes in the haunting first look at Disney’s newest cinematic take on its popular amusement park attraction.  The studio dropped a teaser trailer for the upcoming pic, and The minute-and-a-half look teases how Gabbie, a single mother and new owner of a very haunted mansion, teams up with a ragtag group to help her and her 9-year-old son, Travis stave off the home’s spooky inhabitants. Matthew McConaughey and his wife were recently on a flight from Austin, Texas to Washington DC when they experienced severe turbulence. Their flight dropped 4,000 feet. Seven people were sent to the hospital. The plane was diverted. Everyone is expected to be okay.

Sam Hunt’s got a heck of a romantic bone when it comes to his music, but he’s really thinking ahead when it comes to his daughter.  He tells People magazine that he didn't want to give his daughter a beautiful girl name. “Her name is Lucy Louise. I tell people that I wanted to give her old lady names. I don't want to have to deal with guys coming over when she's older.”
