"Shrek 5" might finally be happening . . . with Mike Myers, Cameron Diaz, and Eddie Murphy returning as Shrek, Fiona, and Donkey. The CEO of the animation company, Illumination, said that he and DreamWorks want to revive the franchise.  Eddie has previously said that he'd return in "two seconds" to voice Donkey again,  and would even like to see his own spin-off movies.

Bailey Zimmerman used to have a “real job” working long hours so how did he make the connection to the music world well, he Says it Started With Him Losing His Job ... “So, it actually started…I got laid off…I strung pipe on the pipeline. We are wishing Matt Ramsey "No Bad Vibes" after his ATV accident. Last week the Old Dominion front man took to social media to share the scary news of fracturing his pelvis. Today Matt gives fans an update on his recovery and even shared that his walker is now named "Walker Hayes" thanks to bandmate Trevor.  Taking to social media saying this…"Thank you for all your messages, they are helping me get stronger. "Unfortunately, I'm not strong enough to make it up on the bus yet." While in good Spirits, Matt was visual bummed that shows had to be postponed...We will make it up to you"

And lastly, Maddie & Tae really ARE a team.  Maddie Marlow has announced that she and her husband Jonah are expecting their first child, a son, in September.  Tae [Taylor] Kerr had her baby a little over a year ago, so now they'll be trading diaper stories while on tour.

Disney is becoming more and more about turning their animated hits into live-action.  The latest is “Moana”. Dwayne Johnson will be returning as the demigod Maui.  He will also produce.  He made the announcement yesterday with a short video filmed in Oahu, Hawaii with his two younger daughters. Saying "This story is my culture and is emblematic of our people’s grace and warrior strength.  I wear this culture proudly on my skin and in my soul . . .

Tyler Hubbard’s song “Dancing In The Country” his first solo project is doing well…He got to perform is at the CMT music awards.  If you’ve seen the video for the song you can tell EVERYONE is having a great time, including “America’s Got Talent” star Terry Crews. “He’s one of the coolest dudes in the world, super laid-back and down-to-earth and funny and humble and just everything you hoped he would be. He came in and crushed it.” Adding it was probably one of his favorite video’s he’s ever been a part of.

A "Harry Potter" TV series is in the works, and if it happens, it'll probably end up at HBO Max. This won't be a spin-off series like the "Fantastic Beasts" movies.  Instead, each season will be related to one of the "Harry Potter" books.  It's not clear what, if any, characters we already know will be involved. J.K. Rowling WILL have some creative input, but she won't be the primary creator or showrunner.

Even if remakes and reboots aren't your thing, the new "Fatal Attraction" series that's coming to Paramount+ might be worth watching, because it has a compelling twist.  In addition to showing the affair between Dan Gallagher and Alex Forrest that causes so much chaos, and the boiling of a bunny no less, it also flashes forward to 15 years later, when Dan is getting out of prison for Alex's murder. In a new trailer, Dan . . . played by Joshua Jackson . . . says, quote, "Every day that I have been in [prison] I have thought about Alexandra Forrest, because I need to understand what I did, how she died and why." He also says, quote, "I did not kill that woman, and I'm going to prove it."

Last year, Chris Hemsworth discovered that he's at high risk for suffering Alzheimer's disease while doing his National Geographic docuseries “Limitless”.  And now, there's talk that he's slowing down his career because of it. Chris has two movies on his plate:  He's playing Thor again in "Avengers: Secret Wars", and he's starring in a Hulk Hogan biopic.  After that, he has nothing else planned. has already completed work on "Extraction 2" and the "Mad Max: Fury Road" sequel, "Furiosa".

Kevin Costner's departure from "Yellowstone" may have been greatly exaggerated. If you’re a fan of the show you may have heard the rumors…well, during a TV industry event on Saturday, Paramount president Keith Cox said quote, "Our star, the face of our show and the executive producer, are very confident he’s going to continue with our show." In a separate interview, the president of ViacomCBS said that the spinoff with Matthew McConaughey is moving forward, whether Costner returns to the original or not.

Did you have money on Jelly Roll winning big at last night's "CMT Music Awards"?  "Son of a Sinner" won Breakthrough Male Video of the Year, Male Video of the Year, and CMT Digital-First Performance of the Year. Lainey Wilson also had a great night.  "Heart Like a Truck" won Female Video of the Year, Kane Brown and his wife Katelyn Brown took home the big prize when "Thank God" won Video of the Year.

How ‘old school’ is Keith Urban…He tells Billboard magazine that he's still a big fan of cassettes. “It's the sound he grew up with. The sound of a song playing on a cassette takes him back to his childhood. There's something about the sound of a tape playing on a boom box. It makes him think of sitting in his house playing songs over and over until the tape broke.”

The Daily Mail says Amazon is selling a new King Charles costume just weeks before his coronation. The $40 costume includes a red robe with leopard print, a plastic gold crown and a pair of large ears that are worn like earmuffs….it’s getting mixed reactions from the British people.

And lastly, Samuel L. Jackson returns as Nick Fury in the trailer for the Marvel series, "Secret Invasion".  It also stars Emilia Clarke, Don Cheadle, and Martin Freeman.  It premieres June 21st on Disney+

Seems like we've been giving you one reason after another why you should watch Sunday's "CMT Music Awards".  They're all solid, but none of them will make you want to yell "Free Bird" more than this one. They're doing an all-star tribute to Lynyrd Skynyrd that will feature Cody Johnson and Paul Rodgers handling the vocals, Billy Gibbons, Slash, and Warren Haynes on guitar . . . and LeAnn Rimes and Wynonna Judd joining in as The Honkettes.  The CMT Music Awards Sunday 7pm LIVE on CBS….

Miranda Lambert seems like a perfect fit to be a character on "Yellowstone".  It certainly worked for Lainey Wilson.  But in a recent interview Miranda said acting is "not her favorite thing."  She doesn't totally rule it out though. She says "I've done one thing [and] I'm not saying I won't ever do it again.  But if I can play myself, that's a little bit easier on me."  (The "one thing" was an episode of "Law & Order:  Special Victims Unit" in 2012.)

With all the hub bub about Tik Tok, Bailey Zimmerman tells Billboard magazine that  he thinks Tik Tok is a great tool for new artists to use. Saying “I think it's a great way for artists who might never get noticed regularly to get their music out there. There's a lot of great young talent using that platform. I think the next big artists will come from Tik Tok.”

Some would say Carrie Underwood is on par with Tim McGraw when it comes to working out….but, she tells People magazine that she's working out for her health now, not to look good. Saying There was a time I felt like earlier in my career I was working out more to be a certain size or fit into a certain aesthetic that I thought I wanted to be. And now I feel like I work out more to be strong and to have energy and longevity. It really is playing the long game, right?"

The feud between Priscilla Presley and Lisa Marie Presley's daughter, Riley Keough continues….Radar Online claims John Travolta is allegedly trying to end it.  The two are fighting over Lisa Marie's $35 million estate. A source tells the website, “John has been a part of the family for going on 50 years and he wants to be a peacemaker.
