A video was making the rounds of a 22-year-old dying man named Dalton.  He has less than one year to live.  And in the clip, he said his wish was to see Luke Combs in concert and go to Dollywood.   Luke Combs granted the wish.  He invited Dalton to his concert on Saturday, and they hung out before the show.  He also gave him an autographed a guitar.

The National Enquirer claims Kevin Costner is allegedly desperate to keep from losing any more hair. A source tells the magazine, “He’s gone to great effort and expense to regain his full head of hair, but it’s time for another transplant procedure. He’s even hanging upside down to increase the blood flow of his hair follicles. But he still seems destined for the bald men’s club!”

Garth Brooks dropped some big news during an interview with the "Fort Worth Star-Telegram".  When asked if he'd be interested in playing a local arena, he said, "Oh yeah.  This will be our last stadium tour." He'll continue to do shows, but things will be less structured.  He'll "pick spots" here and there but they won't be "clustered as a tour."

Oscar and Tony-nominated actor Jake Gyllenhaal is officially set to star in ‘Roadhouse’ a reimagined take on the classic movie starring Patrick Swayze, for Amazon’s Prime Video. According to the studio, the new take stars Gyllenhaal as a former UFC fighter who takes a job as a bouncer at a rough-and-tumble roadhouse in the Florida Keys, but “soon discovers that not everything is what it seems in this tropical paradise.”

We heard that Chris Stapleton's Outlaw State of Kind Fund was helping Eastern Kentucky flood victims, but that's only half the story.  Chris has been on the ground helping in every way possible. Somebody shared a photo of him posing with some law enforcement officers.  They wrote, "Chris wanted to help with anything, literally anything.  No job was too small or beneath him.  Someone else took a pic of him in Walmart buying supplies.

Have you ever been enjoying a nice, peaceful walk, and then been rudely interrupted by . . . Tom Cruise doing daredevil stunts?  Probably not.  But that's what happened to a couple in the U.K.  They were out walking on a mountain when Tom arrived . . . on a helicopter at the top of mountain . . . to do a paragliding stunt. He apologized to them when he noticed them with their dog.  He said, "Sorry for disturbing your peaceful walk with all the noise.  I like your dog."  And then "See you later, folks" and then JUMPED OFF THE CLIFF.

Rumors about Brad Pitt retiring are not true.  Brad is clarifying that he's NOT retiring.  He's just going to be extra selective on the roles he plays since he's "past middle age." He’s keeping his eyes open for “What feels right for the next project”  His NEXT stop is ‘Bullet Train’ looks like a fun bad guy kinda movie.  Is in theaters Friday.

An interactive game experience based on "Squid Game" is coming to nine cities across the country next month.  Participants will get to play challenges from the show like Red Light, Green Light using motion technology and touch screens. Someone once said that major celebrity deaths come in THREES.  It's unclear who first said that . . . and if they’ve died, who were the other two people who died at the same time.   We lost three beloved celebrity old-schoolers over the weekend.  Nichelle Nichols from "Star Trek" . . . NBA legend Bill Russell . . . and actress Pat Carroll, who provided the voice of Ursula in "The Little Mermaid".

Luke Bryan brought a little happiness to two boys at his show on Saturday.  They were holding up a T-shirt that said, "Our dad died.  Can we sing 'Drink a Beer' together?"  Not only did he sing with them, but he also put on the shirt.

Britney Spears finished writing a tell-all, but it won't come out anytime soon . . . because there isn't enough paper.  Lucky US…There's apparently a global paper shortage, so until it's resolved, there isn't an estimated release date.

On Friday, Will Smith put out a five-minute video, where he apologizes for slapping Chris Rock at the Oscars.  It seems sincere, but it also took him almost SIX MONTHS to put out. The video is titled "It's been a minute," and it HAS.  Actually, it’s been about 244,000 MINUTES since the Oscars.  In it he says,  he’s reached out to Chris Rock and hasn’t heard anything back yet,  Jada had nothing to do with it and that he is devoted to bringing joy into the world.

Tragedy struck Kenny Chesney's show in Denver on Saturday when a fan fell off the side of an escalator and died.  Police said she was sitting on the railing when it happened.  Kenny was "devastated" by the news, and said he's grieving for the woman and her family.

Twitter went wild over a fan page showing that George Jetson from "The Jetsons" was born . . . yesterday July 31^st 2022…..
