I think that’s a time to celebrate being proud to be an American and celebrate those freedoms…and celebrate the people that are over fighting for those freedoms" Adding it’s the soldiers he comes in contact with on the road, the ability to make the music he makes and to say what he wants to say.

Ellen's final show today will be filled with tears and joy. Ellen tells The Hollywood Reporter, "It’s funny because the last couple of months I was more emotional than I was in the last week or two. She got really emotional about two months out, but that last week she just really wanted to enjoy it.

Blake Shelton got a phone call from Jimmie Johnson, it looks like Jimmie wants Blake to help design his Indy 500 Helmet “He goes, I want you to design my helmet.  Your punkin me right now, ok I get it. First of all, what an honor  especially with the American Legion involved and it’s his first Indy 500.  There’s so much that this helmet represents to me and Jimmie Johnson’s carrier.” Blakes father and brother both served in the military.  The helmet will pay tribute to the  American Legion and military.  The Indianapolis 500 airs on ABC on Sunday.

Ewan McGregor is back as Obi-Wan Kenobi!!  But it was hard keeping the secret.  “They want to keep everything a secret, The longer that can keep until they announce it the better I guess for them.  For a long time people were asking if I would play Obi-Wan again, I had to go ‘well you know if Disney wanted to do something, I’d be happy to do it and it was years of that.” Obi-Wan Kenobi' premieres on Disney + on Friday.

Justin Moore has great respect for the men and women who serve "The thing that always kind of gets me is, no matter whether it be in a meet and greet or at the supermarket or whatever, when people come up to me who have served or currently serve, they always come up and thank me for our music. And I’m just kind of taken aback because I’m going, ‘No, no, no, no, we don’t do anything. You guys are the ones who should be thanked.’ Anytime we have the opportunity, we try to wave the flag for those men and women.”

I was in Paris and went into one of those big, name-brand, fancy-schmancy designers, and I picked up a sweatshirt. But when I went to check out, that sucker was $2,000.”…OUCH!

Charles – “As long as you don’t bring ambrosia, we’re good.”

Tom Cruise tells Hello magazine that he uses one of his own planes in ''Top Gun: Maverick''.  He got to fly IN an F-14 which for him was a dream come true, but the P-51 Mustang you see in the movie is actually HIS plane and got to pilot IT in the film.  'Top Gun: Maverick' opens in theatres on Thursday night.

Newsweek magazine reports Johnny Depp and Amber Heard's defamation trial was interrupted yesterday by a woman who yelled out: "Johnny I love you! Our souls are connected! This baby is yours!" Guards booted the woman from the court.

Morgan Freeman has been placed on Russia's no-fly list. The actor is banned from traveling to Russia because he appeared in a 2017 video for an organization called the 'Committee to Investigate Russia'. Russia also placed John McCain on the list even though he died in 2018

Last week Maren Morris tweeted that she might like to try out for the Broadway show for “Wicked” so, why not!  She shared her Video Audition Tape  of 'The Wizard And I', from the musical.  She said in the post that the video was a test shot for her audition for the musical. That would be cool…and something to add to the ole resume'

"Bad Boys 4" is still in development despite Will Smith slapping Chris Rock at the Oscars.  Sony chairman Tom Rothman tells Screen Rant. That was a very unfortunate thing that happened, and I don’t think it’s really my place to comment, except to say that I’ve known Will Smith for many years, and I know him to be a good person. I believe his apology and regret is genuine, and I believe in forgiveness and redemption.'' And of course the big payday when Bad Boys 4 hits theaters. That release date has not been announced.

Tim McGraw tells Variety magazine that Faith Hill forced him to shower on the set of ''1883''. “There were a few times that my wife forced me to take a shower while we were shooting , because I wanted to stay in character as best I could. She’s like, ‘I don’t care about Method. You stink!’”

American Idol Season 20 is over, and its winner has been crowned! The season finale aired live last night pitting the top three competitors against each other once and for all.  Leah Marlene, Hunter Girl and Noah Thompson. After the final vote tally Ryan Seacrest announced Noah Thompson and the American Idol!  ABC announced earlier this month that the singing competition will return for another season, and it's likely that Katy Luke and Lionel will all return in addition to Seacrest.

Dylan Scott does NOT like doing music video’s “It’s a little uncomfortable for me, because you gotta act a little bit.  But it’s a cool thing to do.”   Adding, music videos and photo shoots are very critical with going along with the music, So, you just gotta suck it up and do it.

I’ve always heard Tom Cruise was…short, well he’s 5 ft 7 and stood eye-to-eye with Kate Middleton at the London premiere of “Top Gun: Maverick”.  SHE was wearing three-inch stiletto heels… Tom shall we say “padded” his shoes, with a stacked heel and placed elevating insoles inside of them which made HIM 6 foot tall…to which I say just OWN it…
