Our November winner is Preschool Teacher at GMG Elementary School, Mrs. Lacy Rose. She was nominated by the Brallier Family and here's what they wrote to Kix 101.1:
We’d love to nominate Mrs. Lacy Rose- preschool teacher at GMG. Mrs. Rose is a bright shining star and an unforgettable entrance into the GMG community schools. You know there are just those people that are just made for certain things and are put on earth to make life better. That indeed is Mrs. Rose, she was made for teaching and shaping the minds of our littles. We had the pleasure of both our children getting to have her as their preschool teacher and my youngest got to have her an extra year for TK. Lacy is kind, caring, warm. From the moment we met her, she has this sparkle and passion for teaching that is infectious! I can rave about her teaching and how much my children learned from her, but honesty any teacher can do that. What sets her apart is the warmth and caring she provides while teaching. She moved mountains with helping our youngest gain confidence. I can’t express enough as a parent how reassuring and special it is, sending your kids off to their first school experience to someone you know loves them as they were their own. Mrs. Rose is a shining star!
Thank you,
The Brallier Family

If you want to know where movie producers are going next for ideas…well, Children's books.. NOW are the new horror stories…as we’re awaiting the release of "Winnie-the-Pooh: Blood and Honey". Well, some of us are anyway…But there's even MORE to look forward to after that. The people behind that one are also working on "Bambi: The Reckoning". You pretty much know where this one's going: Bambi's mother is killed, and he becomes a "vicious killing machine that lurks in the wilderness."
