Welcome to The List,
The National Anthem…really NOT an easy song to do…but, Whitney Houston did a great job, so did Chris Stapleton and countless others…but for Warren Zeiders? Not so much. He sang the National Anthem before Saturday's Big 12 Championship game between Texas and Oklahoma State. (Texas won 49 to 21.) If you saw it and LIKED it, you're NOT in the majority. The poor guy was getting roasted WHILE he was still singing. There were so many bad reviews that he became a top 10 trend on X very early in the game. The comments ranged from "awful" to "hilariously terrible" to "ear-bleeding bad." You can check out his anthem, here.

Luke Bryan and his family have a Christmas morning tradition that sounds like a blast. Even though the kids are getting older he says, “They still get excited about running down the stairs Christmas morning. We tape up a bunch of, in our hallway, we tape up a bunch of wrapping paper and they kind of run through the wrapping paper like a football team to see all the presents and stuff, so it’s fun. but we cherish every holiday season together.” They still have a lot of the family come up, try to plan a few hunting trips the day before Christmas and have a big Christmas Eve and let some kids open the presents.

This is what happens when a parent's sweet, sweet conservatorship money runs out: Britney Spears' mom, Lynne Spears, was spotted shopping at a Dollar General in her hometown of Kentwood, Louisiana. To be fair, maybe Lynne has ALWAYS shopped at Dollar General. But there's been talk that she's been having financial issues these days . . . and she's been selling Britney's belongings in order to keep her head above water. Also, she was rocking a designer purse and driving a white Mercedes . . . both of which she could have obtained before the wheels fell off the family gravy train.

We asked Chris Stapleton about his new song “White Horse” and believe it or not…the idea came from a “Lone Ranger” movie. “We were out in Los Angeles, it was about I think probably late 2012, early 2013, and there was a movie called the Lone Ranger that was coming out, and I walked in the room to write with Dan at his house, and he said, ‘Hey they’re looking for songs for this Lone Ranger movie.’ I said, ‘Cool What do you know about it?’ He goes, ‘Well, we don’t really know anything.’ I was like, ‘Well, let’s just make a song that might sound like that.” So, out of that session came that rockin country hit we have today…
