The Country Music Association announced the recipient of its 2020 Willie Nelson Lifetime Achievement Award. Mr. Charlie Pride....The Willie Nelson Lifetime Achievement Award celebrates iconic artists who've attained the highest degree of recognition in country music. Twenty-nine Number one country hits and over 50 Top 10 songs , Named CMA Entertainer of the Year in 1971 and  Male Vocalist of the Year in 1971 and 1972,  Became a member of the Grand Ole Opry in 1993 and was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame in 2000.  Yeah, he's earned it...This year's show will air Wednesday, Nov. 11 at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.

Morgan Wallen says he's had so much time to write songs, he just might record them all..."It's given me alot more time to write and record, and I was originally going to put out one album I'm going to put out a double album now." Morgan says he gets inspiration from people and because of the pandemic he's had to find other ways to be creative.

Supernatural Fans...the time has finally come for the longest running show on the CW to finally come to an end. Supernatural debuted in 2015 with more than 300 episodes all with Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles starring as Sam and Dean Winchester, brothers hunting supernatural beings. Principal production wrapped on the finale last month. The Series finally airs November 19th...You know, unless they make a movie.

Steve Carell On Jimmy Fallon ... Steve must love Halloween...he tells Jimmy how he likes to scare people..."Last year I got an animatronic dog that is spring loaded. I put it in the bushes outside my house and it's motion activated. You walk by it, it starts to growl and you can't see it! The eyes start to light up, people are looking around like what's going on. After five seconds it jumps out at you. So, this year I got the companion piece, which is the animatronic spring loaded....cat....."

Tim McGraw Says The Pandemic Has Changed The Way He Views Music -  "What great music does, I think, comes to life for you in a new way because you see circumstances in a new way and it gives you a new perspective on things. And I think that that’s what this has all done, is given us a new perspective on what life is and what life’s gonna be, and how we need to be as people. And music can really light you up that way.”

We all have our 'favorite place' to do things and Lee Brice is no different...sometimes he likes recording in his old barn "Instead of going to some big space fancy space, you know if we're going to learn a new set or new songs. We'll just come over to the farm and hang out as brothers and just do music old school."

The Addams Family is returning. According to Deadline, Tim Burton is developing a live-action TV series that will be a sequel to The Addams Family, which aired from 1964-1966. Burton is looking to executive produce and possibly direct all episodes of the franchise. The rumor is that it would be set in present day and told from the perspective of Wednesday Addams.

NASA's has an announcement about the moon and Jimmy Fallon had this to say about it.. "NASA, you know I love you but were living through a pandemic. The last thing we need is a cliffhanger about the moon! It's like Dr. Fauci saying I have some exciting news about the virus that I'll tell you....right after the break."

Luke Bryan says He has gotten used to making music while social distancing. "At This point I've already done a half season of American Idol, and we did it from my barn. I've put out an album this year and tons of live streams. So, I'm just really so humbled by everyone behind the scenes working so hard to at least put on these shows and give people at home something to watch."

It looks like Dierks Bentley might be ready to make his return to country music. Posting a series of teaser video clips to social media this week, hinting at something to come in the not-so-distant future. He's got a bit of a different look too...sporting a longer, shaggier mullet-esque look...

It's the end of the line for the Fast & Furious franchise! The rumor around Universal is they're going to close with two final movies. All the regulars will be back AND Charlize Theron is rumored to portray her character Cipher once again, who debuted in 2017's The Fate of the Furious. Fast & Furious 9 arrives May 28th of next year.

“Smokey and the Bandit” the series?? It's in the works!! based on the 1977 film starring Burt Reynolds and Sally Field. The Hollywood Reporter says It's being described at “an epic adventure of family, small-town crime, unlikely heroes, legend and legacy. No word on what network will pick it up yet.

Gabby Barrett remembers watching the CMT awards as a kid "I remember literally sitting if front of the television, watching so many amazing video's that have come up. So, to be a part of this CMT awards this year, is really fun and adds to my year and I feel honored to be part of it with so many other wonderful artists." Gabby has been nominated for two CMT Awards this year. The CMT Music Awards air tonight at 7 p.m. on CMT

Garth Brooks says Trisha Yearwood has written another cookbook. There's just one little problem "We're just getting alot of stuff done, and the queen's knee deep in Trisha Yearwood world. Trust me on this new cook book, it's cost me about twenty pounds so far and it's still goin up."

The Peanuts TV specials that generations of Americans grew up with are moving...to AppleTV+. "It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown" began streaming Monday and it will be streamed for free from Oct. 30th to Nov. 1st Other "Charlie Brown" holiday specials "A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving” and “A Charlie Brown Christmas” will be exclusive to the streaming site, where they will be available to stream for free during brief windows.

Nj.com says the city of Newark, New Jersey is going to honor the late Whitney Houston by putting up a hand cut glass mural of her. It will be located in the middle of a luxury apartment complex. The mosaic mural will feature 1,000 pounds of hand cut glass

Garth Brooks announced yesterday his new album, titled 'Fun', "Hey everybody Garth Brooks here, reminding you October 21st, 7pm Eastern we're going to bring you the preview of the big album drop that's coming this fall. 'Fun' is coming, and you guys have been so patient -- it's time to have some fun...This is going to be awesome, can't wait to see you guys. Again October 21st 7pm, be there ok? Love you." as they say "but wait there's more!" Garth will also release his second live album, called 'Triple Live Deluxe', November 20th. It includes 30 songs over 3 CDs from the country star's various tours including his world tour with Trisha Yearwood.

Carly Pearce turned to Instagram over the weekend to treat fans to a preview of a new song she recorded in the middle of quarantine called "Heart First." Revealing that she sang it in one take while recording in a closet, The demo comes hot on the heels of Carly's current single, "Next Girl,"

Jimmy Fallon last night pointed out that AMC Theaters are allowing people to rent out their theaters for $99. "Nothing lifts your spirits like watching Sonic the Hedgehog in an abandon building. Yep, you can rent out the entire theater to yourself yet, somehow, there'll still be a person that walks in and sits down right next to you."
