Luke Combs tells The Times that his songs will always reflect beer and boring jobs. "Why do I sing about beer? Why do I sing about boring jobs? Because people who drink beer and have boring jobs are the fabric of our society. They’re also my fans ... people who don’t like my music think it is bland, vanilla, songs for rednecks and moms in trucks. And if I’m honest, my music does have a lot of that because I had an everyday upbringing, living right in the middle of struggle and comfort, so I represent everyday people. Listen, man. Nobody who likes my music wants to get in their car after a job they maybe don’t love so much, and hear me tell them how terrible the world is or how they should feel or what to think. That is somebody else’s gig."

Are you ready for a Capt jack Sparrow.....6? Pirates Of The Caribbean actor Lee Arenberg says a sixth movie is definitely being discussed. The star - who played bumbling pirate Pintel in the original trilogy - has not been involved in the franchise since 2007's At World's End, but he suggested a new film is on the horizon. “They're definitely talking about it, as far as I know,” he told Kendall Talks TV about a sixth Pirates. It's unclear whether the new installment will be another sequel or a reboot of the original franchise - which starred Johnny Depp as Captain Jack Sparrow - but last year, Disney brought Ted Elliot and Craig Mazin on board. Elliot co-wrote the first three films in the seafaring saga, while Mazin created Chernobyl.

Talk about getting away from it all...Kip Moore Talks About What He's Been Doing Since The Coronavirus Pandemic Hit ... "I’m doing a lot of the same things I’ve always done to stay healthy. I’m trying to eat right, take care of my body. But I have followed the guidelines of quarantining myself. I’m trying to do everything asked of me. I’m currently in the mountains and I’m rock climbing. I’m completely solo. I’m off the grid. I’ve stocked up on a lot of frozen meats. I’ve got a little lodge up here in Kentucky, so I’m hanging out here, so that’s where I’m spending my time. I’ve always wanted to learn Spanish. I’ve always been able to dabble in it, but I want to get better at it. So, the first thing I did was I downloaded the dual lingo app, and it’s very elementary. Every single morning, I try to spend 45 minutes to an hour with that app, and the other thing that I’ve been trying to do is I have been outside trying to work on my skateboard game."

The Daily Show and The Office alum Ed Helms tells Kelly And Ryan ... that he's realized a few things while in quarantine. He feels like he is living in a "Black Mirror" episode in quarantine. The List for Friday April 10, 2020

Thanks for stopping by The List -

Chase Rice had plans to head to New York City for a stop on “Good Morning America” before the COVID-19 shutdown took effect, and though he won’t be there in person, the singer has found a creative way to keep his date with the show. “We always have such a fun time bringing the band up to Times Square to perform, but when it became clear that everyone needed to stay home, our friends at ‘GMA’ really thought outside the box to still make this performance possible,” the singer says. Chase plans to join the show by video, live from his Nashville farm, in the 8AM hour next Tuesday, April 14. You can tune in on ABC. He’ll perform his current single, the top twenty-five hit “Lonely If You Are.” Additionally, the singer hints that he’s got an exciting announcement to share on the show. “I’m excited to strip this song back to just me and a guitar, and hopefully bring a little much-needed joy to everyone’s morning!” he adds.

Luke Bryan talks about how his 24th number 1 single 'What She Wants Tonight' Came To Be ... " What She Wants Tonight’ is a song that I wrote at my house with Jon Nite, Ross Copperman and Hillary Lindsey, and I’ve been wanting to get together and write with all of them for some time now. Ross came in, and he had the track and that drum loop in the front kind of dialed in, and the second I heard it, it was just really, really infectious. And then we were able to just really put a really great lyric (together) with a high energy track. When we came up with the hook – ‘She gets what she wants/and I get to be what she wants tonight,’ I was just, it just felt like something that could be played on the radio and it felt like something like that’s what women want to hear. They want to have a confident guy kind of singing to them in that way, and I hadn’t been this excited about a song in some time."

David Spade discussed the possibility of himself playing Tiger King star Joe “Exotic” Maldonado-Passage in a movie version of Netflix's No. 1 hit docu-series, which will air a bonus episode this Sunday. “I don't know. It depends. There's [my talk] show and there's getting time off and all that,” Spade told Ellen DeGeneres yesterday. “Joe Exotic said me or Brad Pitt. I see Brad Pitt at auditions all the time and it's always tense...But I think Joe is a little too squirrely for Brad that might be wishful thinking because Brad is so studly.”
