You can see how the woods got’n concave, scuffed up and scared. You know the only way the floor got that way, was from 95 years with boots on it” A few years ago, I got to tour the Grand Ole Opry..got to stand on that circle…if you ever go to Nashville this is a MUST stop for any country music fan…

And speaking of football…could Aaron Rodgers be mulling over that gig over at Jeopardy?? They ARE still looking for a full time host…and Aaron didn’t have a strong start to the 2021 season. In the Green Bay Packers' loss to the New Orleans Saints on Sunday, Rodgers completed just 15 of his 28 passes for 133 yards and two interceptions, It was one of the worst games of his career..so, the question is…I’ll take no longer MVP’s for 200 Aaron…..

Welcome to The List,
Today we have a new term we can add to Country Music and Here’s Lainey Wilson to tell us what “Bell Bottom Country” is….“The best way for me to explain Bell Bottom Country would be country with a flair. I am a sucker for throw back things, whether it’s a song or it’s clothes whatever it is if feel like things that are throw back come with a good story. That’s why I love country music so much fresh but familiar.” Lainey Wilson earns her first Music Row Country Breakout Radio Chart No. 1 this week with “Things A Man Oughta Know. It appears on Wilson’s latest album, Sayin’ What I’m Thinkin’

Jameson Rodgers and Luke Combs are good buddies so it wasn’t very hard to get Luke to join Jameson On His Song, 'Cold Beer Calling My Name' "Me and Luke became buddies in 2016 and started writing songs and fast forward a couple years later and he asked me to go out on tour with him. Around the same time, I was in the studio cutting “Cold Beer Calling My Name” and just thought it would be cool to have a feature on my first album and so it made sense I hit him up and he said yes." Jameson’s album “Bet You’re From a Small Town” featuring his top 10 hit with Luke Combs gets released this Friday the 17th…

We’ll call this next story…the Battle of the rich people….Front Office Sports says Jay-Z is in talks to purchase the Denver Broncos. Meanwhile, Amazon founder Jeff Bezos may also buy the team. The team is valued at $4 billion which is 2% of Jeff's net worth. That's the same as the average American family spending $2,500 on something. Luke Bryan On His New Song, 'Waves' ... “The first time I heard ‘Waves,’ I was like, ‘Hey, this sounds like a big summer…’ I always like to have a big summer song out there, and ‘Waves’ certainly really checks a lot of those boxes and I think ‘Waves’ was just a right pick for the right kind of summer song.” He admits vocally and production-wise, it’s not something really that he’s ever done, so it was kinda new and fresh

Green Bay Packers QB Aaron Rodgers Says He Considered Retiring After Last Season . ”I don’t feel like I have anything left to prove on the field. There were many times during the off season were I didn’t feel like I was ready to fully DO that. Welcome to The List,
So, where were YOU when the world stopped turning…ME? I was in the Quad Cities working at a radio station watching Good Morning America when they broke in…
For Travis Denning...It was really scary "My grandmother picked me up and took me to his house. As soon as he turned on the TV every channel had it on. And I'm like, my mom is in D.C. She’s at the Pentagon, and the Pentagon was attacked and we couldn’t get ahold of my mom. Y' know, we couldn’t get ahold of her for a while, so…it’s weird. It’s still kinda like, makes me…Yeah, we get it…still hard to talk about…

And Alan Jackson THAT song…I remember watching him perform it on the CMA’s that year…“It was a tough performance for me. I hadn’t really sung the song much, first of all. It was just in the studio, basically, and when I wrote it…so it’s hard to go out there and sing something new anyway, and just the topic made it nerve-wracking, too. You know, I didn’t think about what was going to happen or anything – we just sang it. And I just remember, other than being relieved that I got through it, I just felt very proud that it seemed to cause a reaction in people…and I was proud that I got to do it, and that it seemed like it meant something.” How he got through it I don’t know….

Tom Cruise resumed filming Mission Impossible 7 yesterday in London. The Daily Mail says he parachuted out of a helicopter and into a field. A car rushed to pick Tom up to take him to his next shooting location. Meanwhile Top Gun has been pushed back again to the spring…

We Got This Covered claims Scarlett Johansson is allegedly willing to settle her Black Widow lawsuit with Disney for $100 million. She is suing the house of mouse because they put her movie on Disney+ and THAT hurt her earnings, ScarJo was paid $20 million up front and could have made another $50 million had Black Widow been released exclusively in theaters.
