Last night The Voice made it’s return with the newest judge to the red chairs…Ariana Grande.  Yahoo News reports she is the show's highest paid judge at $25 million this season…maybe a bonus if she beats Blake?

Dancing With the Stars premiered its 30th season Monday night, fans of the show noticed a subtle omission by the show's host Tyra Banks, who when introducing Peloton instructor Cody Rigsby for his Tango with partner Cheryl Burke, described him as a "celebrity fitness instructor" and hinted at the brand, saying fans might know him if they do cycling classes at home.  Those fans took to Twitter to talk about the curious moment, with some speculating that perhaps it has to do with advertising reasons and others simply confused. Rigsby and Burke received a total of 24 out of 40 for their performance and are tied for 9^th place with four other couples.

The Voice returns tonight and judge Blake Shelton was excited to learn that pop star Ariana Grande was joining the show as a coach..but looking forward what does he expect out of this season? “I’m always excited to work with somebody new.  It’s always more exciting for ME, the bigger the star the harder they fall.  It’s always WAY more exciting to me to beat somebody of her level of popularity.  Than it is to beat…you know, some looser like Kelly or John you know?” Sounds like a challenge to me!  Season 21 of The Voice starts tonight 7 central on NBC

Alan Jackson's oldest daughter Mattie Jackson Selecman is still grappling with her grief following the September 2018 death of her husband, Ben.  Three years after  a boating accident, that took his life.  Mattie is reflecting on his death in her new book Lemons on Friday, out Nov. 16 via Harper Collins, something that she says is "a story about how you go about honestly grieving something that is heartbreaking."

The Star claims Tom Cruise is allegedly living with his Mission Impossible 7 co-star, Hayley Atwell, in England. A source tells the magazine, “It’s one of those things that nobody is allowed to talk about openly, but everyone knows they’re an item. It took Tom a long time to find that special someone, but Hayley was worth the wait. They’re very compatible, true partners, and madly in  love”

I didn’t know what I was going to do I was swimming around to an island I thought I was maybe have to make a fort out or something like that. After LA Lakers star Lebron James dipped his big toe into movies with ‘Space Jam a New Legacy’ that pretty much flopped…he’s decided to do it again…why not! Only this time it’s going straight to YouTube.  YouTube Originals announced on Tuesday, that I Promise, a documentary film that chronicles the story of LeBron James' dedication to his hometown of Akron, Ohio and its students, is coming to the streaming platform. The film will debut on YouTube Originals on Thursday, Sept. 28

"Country Again" is the number #1 song in the country this week. And Me and Lennon are celebrating by watching 'Moana'. So thank you to everyone, thank you to Country radio to everyone that's ever streamed the song or downloaded it or told a friend about it. One of my favorites. I wrote this in my basement in the dead center of 2020 and never imagined that it would be the number 1 song in the country. So thank yall! Thank you, thank you, thank you for everything, for all the support." Thomas wrote “Country Again” in his basement in the middle of the COVID lockdowns.

US Weekly Magazine claims Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani may have a baby in 2022 through a surrogate. A source tells the magazine, “There’s a sudden sense of longing to have a family of his own. It’s been a slow process but they’re both fine with that. if everything goes according to plan they will have a baby in their arms by [the end of] 2022.”

There are rumblings in Hollywood about Kevin Costner and Whitney Houston’s ‘The Bodyguard’ getting a remake…actually, they’ve been talking about it since 2011.  It’s considered one of the greats, making over $400 million by the end of it’s run.  No official casting decisions have been released yet but they’re looking at Chris Hemsworth and Tessa Thompson OR Channing Tatum and rapper Cardi B for the lead rolls.
