Maddie & Tae’s Maddie Marlow says SHE doesn't have any but won't be eating black-eyed peas on New Year's day that's for sure. "I don’t have any superstitions, because the black-eyed peas made me throw up one year, so I’m not a fan of the black-eyed peas thing anymore. So, I just go into a new year with a good mind set, and just start at that" Black eyed peas giving good luck is a superstition in the South that dates back to the civil war.

Tim McGraw says he doesn't have any New Year Superstitions "I don't really have any superstitions, you we try to do black eyed peas, and greens and all those sorta things but I'm not very big on that sorta stuff. I just look to the new year as an opportunity to do new things and accomplish new goals."

Dawn Wells, who parlayed her girl-next-door charm and wholesome beauty into enduring TV fame as the sweet-natured desert island castaway Mary Ann on the classic 1960s sitcom 'Gilligan’s Island,' has passed.  She was born in Reno Nevada, and authored two books 'Mary Ann's Gilligan's Island Cookbook, and What Would Mary Ann Do? A Guide To Life. Her publicist said she died of complications with COVID-19. Dawn Wells...Mary Ann...was 82

Justin Moore says his celebrations have changed a bit "My favorite kind of New Year’s has changed over the years. Which you sort of have to do because I have a feeling that horses, honestly they would much rather live in a world without human beings climbing on top of them." Dr. Drew Pinsky has tested positive for COVID-19 and is recuperating at home. According to an Instagram post shared to his account on Tuesday, Dr. Drew's wife, Susan, tested negative. Dr. Drew says he's feeling better, he's home and his fever is down. Drinking plenty of Hydralyte.

Ken Jeong And Joel McHale will be hosting 'Fox's New Year's Eve Toast & Roast 2021'. They give a couple reason why you should watch. "We're the shortest, in terms of average height, our energy is the most awkward... it's good to be the least cool." One is 5-hour Energy, because of all the B-vitamins that are in it. You can start pounding those, and it’s either gonna work, or it’s gonna keep you up and prolong your misery. But the other one I have is just take two Advil and a beer in the morning. Hair of the dog, man – that works every time"

It has been a very merry Christmas for Carrie Underwood fans so far. First, she released her holiday album, My Gift, now the superstar songstress has announced on social media that she’s coming with a sequel of sorts to that collection of music. “I’m here to give you guys a little gift right now and announce…I went ahead and made some more music. I made an album called My Savior, which is hopefully a little companion to My Gift.” “This album is full of gospel hymns that I grew up singing.” Fans can look for Carrie’s My Savior album around Easter time.

A third Wonder Woman movie has been green lit! Warner Brothers released a statement saying, – Gal Gadot and director Patty Jenkins will return to conclude the long-planned theatrical trilogy." That's good to hear, even though Wonder Woman 1984 was the number one movie opening weekend, it's getting mixed reviews from fans.

The NY Post says Lori Loughlin was released from prison yesterday. She served several months for bribing college admissions officials with $500,000 to get her daughters into the University of Southern California. Her husband, Mossimo, remains in jail

With Carole Baskin is in talks to get her own TV show and Tom Cruise building a coronavirus-free movie studio at a former top secret military base so he can finish filming ''Mission Impossible 7''.

Luke Combs has got a new look! he's told Billboard magazine that no one recognizes him since he shaved his head. With that and wearing a mask he's become a ninja. Adding that he could go into sing one of his own songs in a karaoke bar and no one would look twice!

Brantley Gilbert is spending The New Year In Iowa in the woods "But I’m actually pretty excited this year. I’m going up to Iowa, doing some deer hunting  for New Year’s, so that’s gonna be a great time, a little low key, a little hunting time. I’m lookin’ forward to it"

Christmas is coming up quick but Carly Pearce is already talking about New Years Eve as a time to reflect and look to the future "I think that every year I try to look back on the year and see what has happened, what I achieved, what I felt like I could do better at, and just try to set quarterly goals. I try to set yearly goals just to make sure that I'm continuing to try to get better." and here I am, thinking I'm goin to lose weight, improve my finances and eat healthier...who am I kidding...

John Travolta and James Corden discuss some of John's holiday shopping routines, he likes to do his shopping at night and here's why. "Because I'm nocturnal A and B there's a countdown on those shows and I get nervous that I won't get the purchase before the countdown is finished on those home shopping shows. 2020 couldn't leave well enough alone...K.T. Oslin has passed, she topped the country charts in the late '80s with her unique approach to country music and won several Grammys, CMA and ACM Awards along the way. The song that put her on the map was "80's Ladies," it won her the Grammy for Best Female Country Vocal performance and was named the CMA's Song of the Year. Two number-one hits followed: in 2015, the same year she was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease. KT Oslin was inducted into the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame in 2018. K.T. Oslin was 78.

Yesterday we talked about Luke Bryan's favorite Christmas gift being the Honda 50 motorcycle when he was a kid. It's Lauren Alaina's turn...what was the best Christmas gift that you've ever been given? "Gosh, that's so hard to pick, but my mom and dad had their names on the front of their Bibles, and I was so jealous of that as a kid. So, I begged my mom to get me a Bible that had my name on it, and she actually got this Bible that you design the whole thing yourself. And she designed this Bible for me, and it had my name on it and I still have it, and it's one of my favorite gifts I've ever been given."

A couple movies are being released this Christmas one is Jamie Foxx's new Movie 'Soul' ... Jamie says that his daughter didn't think he was famous until he landed a role in 'Soul'. "My daughter was 12 years old, looked at me and says 'dad you finally made it, you're in a Pixar film. She said I didn't think you were famous." and the other is Gal Gadot's long awaited "Wonder Woman 1984" How different is the sequel? "In this one we had the opportunity to really dig deeper and really explore the character to new depths." Both movies are in theaters and streaming on HBO Max beginning December 25th.

Closer Weekly Magazine says Betty White is planning a low-key 99th birthday party on January 17th. A source tells the magazine, “The pandemic won’t stop Betty from celebrating turning 99 years old. She’s planning a Zoom garden party with friends and a big chocolate birthday cake with candles. She’s always had a sweet tooth! She [also] asked for hotdogs and fries with ketchup. Happy Birthday Betty.
