Jordan Davis talks about how the pandemic showed him what was really important. And that was family.  “For me that was my faith, family and friends. I was able to see what life was like without music, Everything was still tickin, the world was still spinning and nothing changed outside of my family life.”

Shania Twain is one of the best-selling artists of all time, but according to the star, her best work is yet to come.  Of course COVID slowed the process, but she plans to release her new album before Christmas. Shania continues her Las Vegas residency December 2^nd.

Luke Combs says his wife puts up with a lot,  when it comes to him…”Well I mean, I think, you know she does every day.  I think putting up with me is an incredible accomplishment.  So, I’ve written a few songs about my wife.  She just continues to amaze me, and so it’s easy to channel that into a song. I’m real thankful that people can relate to them as much as I do.” Well, if he ever messes up it’s good to know he can write an apology letter…and set it to music…forgiven!!

Dylan Scott talks about life during the pandemic and what he focuses on.. “It’s been weird, to be honest with you, it’s been a weird year for sure. I try to look at things as positive as possible, I’ve got two young kids, I’ve gotten to spend a lot of time with them and watch them grow.  You know just make the most of this moment that hopefully we never have to do again.” He says it was the best time to get caught up with friends he hasn’t seen in a while…

James Corden has a new movie coming out ‘Peter Rabbit 2: The Runaway’ an all ages film…what’s this one about?  “The film is about love and family and how those things will always be the anchor in your life.  It’s really fun, it’s really funny.  If you enjoyed the first one you’ll definitely like this movie. ”'Peter Rabbit 2: The Runaway' hits theaters Friday, June 11th.

Deadline is reporting that the 1986 cult film ‘Highlander’ is getting a reboot and Henry Cavill has been tapped to be a lead roll in the film with John Wick director Chad Stahelnski helming. The original Highlander pic starred Christopher Lambert, Sean Connery and Clancy Brown as immortal beings, hunting down one another and collecting more power. The film spawned four sequels and three television series including the popular USA series starring Adrian Paul.

We start today with Sam Hunt, and what he likes to do on his days off…It’s not writing song, it’s not fishing or hunting.  As it turns out he likes to play Basketball.  “Usually at lunch, they start running basketball games up at the Y so, me and my brother Van we get up in the morning get a pot of coffee goin and turn on the movie ‘Troy’ to get us all amped up.”

Blake Shelton was asked to describe his most unusual live performance, So he talked about a time he did a breakfast performance at a McDonald’s in Alabama for a radio station…A guy walks up and hands him a brown bag and says “I brought something for you” turned out to be a bag of marijuana…Blake thought he was being set up for sure…

Who should be the permanent host for Jeopardy?  A poll was taken, and the big winner was Ken Jennings, followed by Aaron Rodgers. But MOST 51% had no opinion at all…

We Got This Covered says Dwayne ''The Rock'' Johnson reportedly wants to fight Sly Stallone in one of his movies. Sly will turn 75 this year. The website also claims Sylvester wants to develop sequels to some of his older movies. He is open to doing another Tango & Cash movie with Kurt Russell and a "Cliffhanger" sequel

Variety Magazine is reporting that Gavin MacLeod, a sitcom veteran who played Seaman “Happy” Haines on “McHale’s Navy’, Murray on the “Mary Tyler Moore Show” and Captain Stubing on “The Love Boat” had died.  His nephew Mark, confirming the report that he passed early morning May 29^th.  No cause of death has been given, but his health had declined in recent months.  Gavin MacLeod was 90.
