Betty White would have turned 100 yesterday. The Daily Mail says Trisha Yearwood accepted the #BettyWhiteChallenge. “I don’t know who started the Betty White Challenge, but we accepted it.  Betty right now is so happy that this is the way that this is the way the world is choosing to celebrate her birthday. By giving to animals which was so near and dear to her heart.” Trisha raised $24,000 for the animal charity Dottie's Yard in honor of Betty.

Mike Tyson and YouTube star Jake Paul have verbally agreed to a boxing match. The $50 million exhibition is going to take place later this year in Las Vegas. After the paperwork is done and who’s getting paid WHAT…they say this fight bridges the gap between old school boxing fans and the new generation of followers." It’s award season…I think? Kind of?  The Golden Globes “happened” well behind closed doors, on Sunday the 8th, without any famous faces or press invited after NBC pulled the plug and snuck it right past us.  If you are even interested.  Ricky Gervais  says they’re non-sense anyway. “To be fair all awards are non-sense, I’ve been part of them all my life. It’s always lovely to get awarded, but if you take it to seriously your on a slippery slope. If you really think your anything special when you win an award….you JUST won an award that’s all out of a few people. So what.”   Everyone remembers…if you watched…the 77^th Golden Globes when Ricky really let Hollywood HAVE IT.

With only days left before Luke Bryan’s ‘Crash My Playa 2022’, kicks off in Cancun…Well, Luke has hit a slight snag that could affect his two-night performance.  His wife Caroline shared on her Instagram that his voice is feeling the strain of his lifestyle. As SHE puts it EXCESSIVE screaming during the National Championship game. But she has a solution…duct tape around his mouth.  "He's on vocal rest "[Can't] say I'm too unhappy about it! I plan on talking nonstop and annoying the hell out of him."

The Daily Mail says Sara Evans' estranged husband, Jay Barker, was arrested for trying to run into her with his car. Sara was attending a party at a neighbor's house on Saturday when she got into a vehicle to go across the street. Jay saw this and reversed his car at a high rate of speed. Sara called the police. They questioned Jay and then arrested him for trying to strike Sara with his car.

Anti-Music says a new book about Blake Shelton is going to be released on June 14th. It's titled ''Blake Shelton: Happy Anywhere by Carol Cash Large''. The book will chronicle Blake's life and feature over 50 personal pictures. Carol has known Blake since he was a tween

Honoring Betty White, she would have turned 100 today. Bake magazine says Oak Park, Illinois' Sugar Fixé Pâtisserie is honoring Betty with a limited-edition cookie. The cookie has white icing and Betty's likeness. The words 'Stay Golden' are written in gold icing. The $5 cookie is also topped with a small red rose.

Over the weekend at the box office The Hollywood Reporter is saying that “Scream” took the number one spot with a projected four-day gross of $34-million. Enough to dethrone “Spider-Man: No Way Home” which cam in second with a take of 20.8-Million and “Sing 2 rounding out the top three with just over 8 million

Jordan Davis will be performing tonight on “The Tonight Show" he says that’s the phone call you want to get…“I mean that’s a major, you know what Fallon has done for so many musicians, the spotlight that he’s able to shine on songs and up and coming talent. So, just to really be honest with you, to have my name in that running is pretty crazy, much less to get the call to come and do it. So, you know I’m excited. My band’s excited. I’m grateful for the opportunity and looking forward to getting up and playing.” Jimmy Fallon also has John Goodman and Cecily Strong tonight.

A Quantum Leap reboot is officially underway! NBC on Thursday announced that it has given a pilot order to a reboot of the beloved 1990s sci-fi series, which initially ran for five seasons. At this time, the show's original stars – Scott Bakula and Dean Stockwell, who passed away in November 2021 – are not attached to the project.  Quantum Leap originally aired on NBC for five seasons from 1989 through 1993.  Further information about the upcoming reboot, including the cast, has not been released.

Monarch, a new country music drama starring Susan Sarandon and Trace Adkins that was set to start before the end of this month, will not debut until the fall.  The show was originally scheduled to air Jan. 30 following the NFL's NFC Championship Game before moving to Tuesdays on Feb. 1. Fox cited the ongoing coronavirus pandemic for the delay, which means they could air the entire season without interruptions.

Saying imagine what it’s like when you’re on an airplane, and the hammered lady behind you recognizes you, and thinks she’s gonna do her best Gilbert Gottfried for six hours, all the way to New York. Thank you, Aflac! I don’t own it! But I deserve it. I would like a discount.”

Today we start with Russell Dickerson as he talks about his country roots and how he was brought up in country music. “Being raised on country like old Garth Brooks is what I was raised on.  The first time I sang in public was in my fourth-grade talent show, singing ‘Standing Outside The Fire’. As far as hangover cures…and there’s A LOT of them…I kinda like Jon Pardi's approach…he says a ‘Bloody Mary’ does the trick…but adds a warning…"My hangover cure is Bloody Mary's, but be careful – because once you have a couple, don’t go to beer, because if you go to beer, you’re gonna start drinking again and you’ll end up a morning drunk. OR if you want to go the non-alcoholic route, there’s nothing you can do for hangovers. [laughs] You just go deal with it." And by deal with it means Tylenol and sleep…
