Marshalltown Sgt. Rick Lang received the Respect for Law award from the Morning Optimist Club.  Sgt. Lang was recognized for his many years of dedicated service to the Marshalltown community.  Lt. Ron Ohrt shared a wonderful message about his experience working with Sgt. Lang.  Sgt. Lang then gave an inspiring acceptance speech.
