Jada Pinkett isn’t the only one dropping truth bombs on us. Britney Spears detonates a few in her upcoming memoir “The Woman in Me”, This has to be the biggest: She had an abortion when she was dating Justin Timberlake it was his idea. She also explains why she shaved her head in 2007. “The Woman In Me” Is already No.1 on Amazon’s bestsellers list…it hits shelves Tuesday.

Lee Greenwood has written a letter to Maren Morris asking her to reconsider her decision to quit country music. He wrote, “To suggest that country music is ‘too patriotic’ is to not understand country music at all. It’s in our very name: Country music. Our music is written for love of our country, our heart for America. It’s not that politics has infiltrated country music, it’s quite the opposite — music ends up reflecting the very conversations happening across the country today.”

There’s a conspiracy theory that Eminem died in a car crash in 2006 and was replaced by a clone. Evidence includes the fact that his face has changed and he doesn’t rap or dress the way he used to. We all change as we get older…

Tom Brady thinks NFL football as we know it will eventually turn into flag football over time because the refs are calling too many penalties. He says, quote, “You throw a 15-yard flag for something that, you know, 20 years ago maybe wouldn’t have had a flag. That affects the game in a big way.” Quote, “There’s so many people that want it less and less physical, it’s more like flag football, which is going to be in the Olympics in 2028. Maybe football goes to flag football over a period of time.”

NBC says prosecutors are planning to recharge Alec Baldwin with involuntary manslaughter in connection with the 2021 shooting on the set of his movie, “Rust.” The forthcoming charges will be brought before a grand jury next month. Alec insists that he did not pull the trigger of the gun that killed cinematographer Halyna Hutchins. Sources say a possible plea deal may be in the works.

Welcome to The List,
Travis Kelce is out here setting expectations so high the rest of us are gonna get yelled at for bringing home gas station flowers. He’s reportedly spent $141,000 on pre-wedding gifts for Taylor Swift, including Rolex watches, designer jackets, and daily flower deliveries. Daily. Meanwhile, I forgot my anniversary once and tried to fix it with a breakfast burrito. Travis Kelce just ruined relationships for every man in America.

Lainey Wilson is teasing new music, and the title might be the most Lainey Wilson thing ever. The new single is called “Can’t Sit Still,” which tracks, because she’s been everywhere except my back yard party. She says her friends describe her as “a suitcase with legs,” which honestly sounds like Delta Airlines lost her twice already. No official release date yet, but she says it’s coming “real soon,” so prepare your playlists accordingly.

Bunnie XO just revealed she thought Jelly Roll was a jerk when they first met, which proves once again women love a fixer-upper. She said he had “teddy bear with teeth energy” and sad eyes, and she basically looked at him like a home improvement project from HGTV. Fast forward to now, they’re one of Country music’s biggest power couples. Moral of the story, sometimes the guy who ignores you becomes your husband.

The new Mummy reboot is ditching the Tom Cruise action vibe and going straight for emotional damage. This one’s from the director of Evil Dead Rise, so instead of running from explosions, you’ll be running from your own nightmares. It’s about a girl who disappears and comes back after spending quality time inside a 3,000-year-old coffin. It hits theaters April 17th, and I’ll be watching it from the safety of daylight and denial.
You can catch The List, this afternoon at 4:20 with Jonathan Knight. Only on Iowa’s BEST Country KIX 101.1
