Welcome to The List,
What is YOUR favorite holiday classic to rewatch every season?? The top answers were Elf, Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, A Charlie Brown Christmas, A Christmas Story and the number one pick? Home Alone! Die Hard was listed at number 10…SO, that confirms in someway that it IS a Christmas movie…”Come out to the coast, we’ll get together, have a few laughs”.

Disney might be in trouble…they haven’t released a movie this year that’s cracked $1 billion at the box office, and that’s not good. It’s the first time this has happened since 2014 . . . not counting the pandemic years of 2020 and 2021. Major releases like “The Marvels”, “Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny”, and the live-action remake of “The Little Mermaid” all failed to meet expectations.

77-year-old Cher hates aging so much that she’d give anything just to be 70 again. She’s also not thrilled about her song “Believe” turning 25…well congrats anyway…

Everyone’s got a catchy name for their fanbase…Luke Bryan’s is called ‘The Nuthouse’… “That’s the name of my fan club – the Nut House, because they’re nutty and my Daddy’s a peanut farmer. I figured I spent my whole life hauling around peanuts, I would name…just a play on words, you know.”…Are YOU part of “The Nuthouse”?

BuzzFeed News says Taylor Swift’s fans are calling her out for charging $20 to rent her Eras Tour concert film for 48 hours. Many are accusing her of being greedy and exploiting them with her excessive limited edition merchandise drops…these are the same people who dropped up to $1200 for tickets to the shows.

Welcome to The List,
Travis Kelce is out here setting expectations so high the rest of us are gonna get yelled at for bringing home gas station flowers. He’s reportedly spent $141,000 on pre-wedding gifts for Taylor Swift, including Rolex watches, designer jackets, and daily flower deliveries. Daily. Meanwhile, I forgot my anniversary once and tried to fix it with a breakfast burrito. Travis Kelce just ruined relationships for every man in America.

Lainey Wilson is teasing new music, and the title might be the most Lainey Wilson thing ever. The new single is called “Can’t Sit Still,” which tracks, because she’s been everywhere except my back yard party. She says her friends describe her as “a suitcase with legs,” which honestly sounds like Delta Airlines lost her twice already. No official release date yet, but she says it’s coming “real soon,” so prepare your playlists accordingly.

Bunnie XO just revealed she thought Jelly Roll was a jerk when they first met, which proves once again women love a fixer-upper. She said he had “teddy bear with teeth energy” and sad eyes, and she basically looked at him like a home improvement project from HGTV. Fast forward to now, they’re one of Country music’s biggest power couples. Moral of the story, sometimes the guy who ignores you becomes your husband.

The new Mummy reboot is ditching the Tom Cruise action vibe and going straight for emotional damage. This one’s from the director of Evil Dead Rise, so instead of running from explosions, you’ll be running from your own nightmares. It’s about a girl who disappears and comes back after spending quality time inside a 3,000-year-old coffin. It hits theaters April 17th, and I’ll be watching it from the safety of daylight and denial.
You can catch The List, this afternoon at 4:20 with Jonathan Knight. Only on Iowa’s BEST Country KIX 101.1
