It happens to the best of us and Saturday it happened to Luke Combs. His voice was shot..and he knew it BEFORE the concert… Saying he knew they’d spent money on things like gas and hotel rooms . . . so he wanted to give everything he had, even if it wasn’t his best. He still put on the show but did it for free and refunded everyone’s tickets.

Walker Hayes and his wife Laney did another goofy video, and why not? Maybe it’s the reason they’ve been married for 18 years. Sunday was their anniversary so they “renewed their vows” and had their daughter Everly be the minister. Laney wore slippers and gym shorts while walking down the “aisle” carrying a flower in a pot. Walker was in jeans and a baseball cap, and he hummed “Here comes the bride”. And when it was time, they mashed lips.

Dish Network determined the most popular Stephen King movie in each state using Google Trends ‘The Mist’ was the favorite in Iowa.

The Hollywood Reporter is reporting that Jane Fonda is undergoing chemotherapy for what they’re calling a very treatable form of non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. The 84-year-old actress took to Instagram on Friday to reveal that she’s begun the treatment.

Cole Swindell’s hit, ‘She Had Me At Heads, Carolina’ is barreling up the charts…it was last weeks number one song on the Top Kix At Six. The video HAS Jo Dee Messina in it. Cole talks about meeting her for the first time. “It was cool, being a fan of somebody you never know how it’s going to be. I was nervous, and I’m such a big fan of her and her songs. To get to meet her for the first time I don’t know that’s a pretty big moment”

Welcome to The List,
Travis Kelce is out here setting expectations so high the rest of us are gonna get yelled at for bringing home gas station flowers. He’s reportedly spent $141,000 on pre-wedding gifts for Taylor Swift, including Rolex watches, designer jackets, and daily flower deliveries. Daily. Meanwhile, I forgot my anniversary once and tried to fix it with a breakfast burrito. Travis Kelce just ruined relationships for every man in America.

Lainey Wilson is teasing new music, and the title might be the most Lainey Wilson thing ever. The new single is called “Can’t Sit Still,” which tracks, because she’s been everywhere except my back yard party. She says her friends describe her as “a suitcase with legs,” which honestly sounds like Delta Airlines lost her twice already. No official release date yet, but she says it’s coming “real soon,” so prepare your playlists accordingly.

Bunnie XO just revealed she thought Jelly Roll was a jerk when they first met, which proves once again women love a fixer-upper. She said he had “teddy bear with teeth energy” and sad eyes, and she basically looked at him like a home improvement project from HGTV. Fast forward to now, they’re one of Country music’s biggest power couples. Moral of the story, sometimes the guy who ignores you becomes your husband.

The new Mummy reboot is ditching the Tom Cruise action vibe and going straight for emotional damage. This one’s from the director of Evil Dead Rise, so instead of running from explosions, you’ll be running from your own nightmares. It’s about a girl who disappears and comes back after spending quality time inside a 3,000-year-old coffin. It hits theaters April 17th, and I’ll be watching it from the safety of daylight and denial.
You can catch The List, this afternoon at 4:20 with Jonathan Knight. Only on Iowa’s BEST Country KIX 101.1
