Welcome to The List,
Russell Crowe’s new movie “The Pope’s Exorcist” is based on the supposed TRUE story of a priest who performed exorcisms for the Vatican. Unfortunately, that hasn’t earned it the endorsement of the International Association of Exorcists. They say its purpose is to arouse “strong and unhealthy emotions,” such as “anxiety, restlessness, and fear.”…yep, job done then…well, if there’s ONE way to get NO ONE to see this movie…. it’s to come out and say how scarry it is….I’m getting advance tickets….

I like the mysterious side of that.”

The paper ran a fake obituary for the character right after the episode was released . . . and a lot of people saw IT before they could watch the show. Obviously the “Times” was trying to be funny by printing an obituary for a fictional character, but they could’ve waited . . . even a day would’ve probably helped.
