AND she was inducted by her idol Dolly Parton. “They told me that you have been on the Grand Ole Opry 80 times? You’ve performed? Well, you should be a member! Well, I came here to tell you, that you are now an official member of the Grand Ole Opry.” Carly thought she was going to do a promo for Dollywood theme park where she cut her teeth as a teenage performer.
Here’s something I did not know…Chase Rice told Billboard magazine that he used to work as a member of Jimmie Johnson’s NASCAR pit crew…adding it was exciting but he was miserable because all he wanted to do was write songs.
Britney Spears went before a judge in Los Angeles yesterday in an attempt to have her conservatorship ended. She said she can’t get married or have more kids because of the conservatorship…She’s ready to sue her family after 13 years of not having her own money and freedom to live her life.
Matthew McConaughey still mulling over running for Governor of Texas…but what do Texans think about it…well, a new poll reveals that 41% would like to see him run! With a “favorable” rating of 42% but many are not convinced 47% say nah, he should stick to acting. Just think if The Rock ran for president and McConaughey was governor of Texas…Can you smell what the rock is cookin? All right, all right, all right…

Luke Combs just turned Las Vegas into a country concert record book. His show at Allegiant Stadium pulled in 70,921 fans. That breaks the stadium record previously set by a massive boxing match. Country music just beat prize fighting in Vegas. Luke Combs basically threw the knockout punch.
