Yahoo News says the budget for the tenth Fast and the Furious film, Fast X, has ballooned to $340 million. That’s 70% more than the $200 million budget for Fast and the Furious 9. Increased salaries, increased production costs and inflation are the reason for the skyrocketing costs. Fast X is scheduled to be in theaters May of next year.

Chris Hemsworth found out through genetic testing that he has a greater chance to develop Alzheimer’s disease than the average person. He was hesitant to talk about it on his show “Limitless” because he didn’t want it to come off as a manipulated grab for empathy. Chris said his grandpa has Alzheimer’s so the news wasn’t a TOTAL shock. Limitless is on Disney+.

“CMT Crossroads” is celebrating its 20th anniversary with Robert Plant and Alison Krauss. They have a 90-minute special premiering November 29th on CMT. They’ll perform songs like “Can’t Let Go” and “High and Lonesome”, and Led Zeppelin hits like “When the Levee Breaks”.

Toby Keith’s advice to new songwriters is write one song a day, and don’t get lazy. It felt like he had to write 200 songs before he wrote a good one, and 150 more before he wrote a second hit. So just keep plugging away. Now that he’s got three decades and over 30 number-one hits under his belt he says it does come easier.

Billy Ray Cyrus is engaged to a woman named Firerose…and he says his family has no problem with it. In a interview with “People” He said there are “no hard feelings” because everyone knew his marriage to Tish Cyrus “was over a long time ago” . . . and “everybody’s turning the page.”

Today show meteorologist Al Roker is in the hospital after suffering a blood clot in his leg that “sent some clots into [his] lungs.” The beloved 68-year-old news anchor took to Instagram on Friday morning to give an update to fans who were wondering where he has been this week amid his absence from the Today show. Roker wrote. “After some medical whack-a-mole, I am so fortunate to be getting terrific medical care and on the way to recovery. Thanks for all the well wishes and prayers and hope to see you soon.”
