It’s getting up at 4 a.m. Your whole truck is already loaded the night before. I’m talking flags, beers, coolers, waters, towels, everything that you need is in the truck. So, we’ll drive out at four in the morning, get all the chairs, the flags, the tents, everything set up and then lock the truck, go back, get some sleep. If you don’t get your spot by like 4:30, you’re not getting on the beach. Don’t forget the music…ya gotta be jamin’ some FGL on the beach….
Justin Moore says the 4th of July is HIS favorite holiday… “The Fourth of July is my favorite holiday. One, because I love summer and hot weather and hate winter. And my wife’s birthday is the fifth, so the Fourth of July is huge for us. There’s no gifts you gotta worry about. It’s just good food, it’s good weather. I love fireworks; I’m like a child.”

If you’ve ever wondered what it takes to be Thor for Marvel movies..The NY Post says Chris Hemsworth is eating eight meals a day!!!His trainer, tells the paper. “It all comes down to consistency, hard work and also eating the right foods. it’s a massive increase in food. so they’re 450-calorie meals broken up into the eight/ We try to eat every two hours and getting 450 calories in [each time]. I usually just keep running him food all day. I’m like his grandmother just giving him food. ” I’ve read that Chris Hemsworth’s stunt double was having trouble keeping up with Chris’s gains in the gym!!
