The ACM nominations were announced yesterday, and Hardy scored big, picking up seven nods. Right behind him is Lainey Wilson with six. Luke Combs, Kane Brown, and Cole Swindell have five apiece. Morgan Wallen got his first ACM Entertainer of the Year nomination. The ACMs are May 11th on Amazon Prime. Dolly Parton and Garth Brooks are the hosts.

Tim McGraw is launching his own media company called Down Home. It’ll be based in Nashville, and will produce movies, TV, and digital media. The company will focus on “relatable stories about everyday Americans.” He explained it even more on Facebook. Quote, “There’s a real push for people to get back to togetherness and a sense of community. That’s Down Home, and that’s what I want our company to be about.”

Luke Combs is teaming up with Opry Entertainment Group to open “a massive bar and entertainment complex” in Nashville. There’s no word on a name yet, but it’ll supposedly be inspired by his hit “Hurricane”. The place is expected to open in the summer of 2024.
