The first time Tim McGraw Tried To Sing “I Called Mama" he got emotional... "When I heard it I cried when it got to the hook of a song. I just sort of fell apart and then I wanted Faith to hear it, but I didn’t want to play … it was just a guitar work tape, and I didn’t want Faith to hear it. I wanted to sing it to her. So, I was trying to learn the words to it really quickly, so I could sing her just the first verse and the course. About 30 minutes I had it ready and I said, ‘I want you to hear this song.’ So, I sat down at the kitchen table I started singing it and I couldn’t get through it. Every time I tried to get to the chorus I would fall apart on it. And she would start crying because I was crying. It has a simple message to it, but it just means so much."

Jim Carrey Says Being President Would Be A "Step Down" For Kanye West ... Jim wrote a new novel that includes references to Kanye West. He says Kanye is a "superhuman artist" and an "alien emissary to the human race." Jim says Kanye shouldn't bother with a presidential run because he represents so much more.

Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood have pushed back their upcoming Facebook concert after potentially being exposed to the coronavirus, according to a statement posted on the couple's social media accounts yesterday. The concert was set for today. Meanwhile, the statement also notes that Brooks' "Inside Studio G" shows will also be postponed for two weeks.

Naughty Gossip says Kelly Clarkson has been undergoing a makeover following her divorce announcement. A source tells the website ,“First the move to Hollywood, then the divorce, what's next massive weight loss? We have seen this happen to Adele, and now it’s going to happen to Kelly. She has changed a lot since she got her TV show. Rubbing elbows with big movie stars and invited to all the cool events, Kelly has gone from being that girl next door, to believing she is the next Ellen. Now she has managers and agents and staff to keep friends away and turn her into someone new.”

Calls have been made to “cancel Hamilton” you know the show that ran on Broadway and won 11 Tony's and has grossed $1 billion worldwide, has now been called into question for it's glossing over the slave trade area of the time and whether Alexander Hamilton was part of the slave trade. It's happened just days after the Broadway musical's streaming debut on Disney+, after a renewed focus on its lead character, Founding Father Alexander Hamilton. The show, created by Lin-Manuel Miranda, portrays Hamilton as a “young, scrappy, and hungry” immigrant and someone who was passionate about the abolition of slavery.

It looks like the "Friends" reunion special is a go! and David Schwimmer Can't Wait ... The "Friends" cast will be reuniting soon for an HBO Max special. David Schwimmer says; "I guess what I'm honestly most looking forward to is just being in the room with those other five actors. It's five, right? That was a joke! But being on the actual soundstage on the actual set for the first time in 10 years, the set that we shot on for 10 years, that, to me, is going to be a really meaningful experience."

After two years of marriage...Kacey Musgraves has revealed that she and husband Ruston Kelly have split. The singer and her husband confirmed the news via their representatives on Friday, saying: “With heavy but hopeful hearts we wanted to put our own thoughts into the air about what's happening. Though we are parting ways in marriage, we will remain true friends for the rest of our lives.”

Maddie & Tae Had A Hard Time Recording 'Die From A Broken Heart' ... The song has many life experiences they relate to. Maddie cried recording the vocals. "When we put vocals on 'Die From a Broken Heart' there are just so many life experiences that we relate to with that song. Even as 23 year old women now, there are times that we are so broken and we call out parents because that's all you know how to do. But just in the vocal, you can hear..I cried while recording that song because it just...I don't know It does something, maybe because it was that day it was so fresh and vulnerable. That was a good day but hard..."

Congratulations to Kevin Harvick in his number 4 Ford, taking the checker at the Brickyard yesterday the Big Machine Hand Sanitizer 400...and speaking of NASCAR Jimmie Johnson has tested positive for the virus on Friday. He missed yesterday's Brickyard 400 at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway He says, 'This is not a position I thought I'd find myself in. Where I sit now it's hopefully keep your guard up. We thought we were very diligent in our household and it still found a way in. I can also expand that testing takes many days to get your results. If you do feel symptomatic, do the right thing. Just stay in, bring your family indoors. This really caught us off guard." Jimmie and his wife have tested positive for the virus. He feels great and has zero symptoms. Jimmie's main concern is for his children. They have tested negative for the virus. Jimmie wants everyone to take the coronavirus seriously. Jimmie thought he was being careful.

Kanye West is running for President. Making his announcement on Twitter - and the internet erupted...with..mostly supportive comments...kind of....Business Insider says the deadline to file as an Independent has passed in six states while the deadline to file in seven others is fast approaching. Kanye has not registered to run as President with the Federal Election Commission. NBC says the online betting site Bovada has listed the odds of Kanye West winning the Presidential election at 66-1.

With Covid-19 on everyone's mind, I can tell you Willie Nelson will NOT be slowing down because of it this holiday season...In fact, he’ll be having a busy 4th of July weekend: First he releases his 70th solo studio album, “First Rose of Spring,” today. Then tomorrow, Willie's annual “4th of July Picnic” a hybrid live-stream/concert-film event in the virtual countryside. Tickets for the digital event — which range from $35 before tomorrow to $45 the day of the event — can be purchased at WilliePicnic.com, where the festivities will stream beginning at 4:30.

And because we're talking about the 4th of July, lets talk traditions...Thomas Rhett has plenty.. "My girls love to put red, white and blue face paint on. Lauren usually puts ‘em in, like, an American flag ballerina outfit, and they love watching fireworks. They love grilling hot dogs and making s’mores, and we usually do it out at our farm with like 150 people. But this year, it probably is gonna look like we’re gonna have a few less people hanging out with us, but we do love to hang at Fourth of July and love getting to just celebrate that good American tradition."

Lin-Manuel Miranda's "Hamilton" is on Disney + ... A filmed live performance of "Hamilton" is streaming now on Disney+. Lin-Manuel Miranda is excited that more people will now see the show than ever before. He says the word of mouth with "Hamilton" has been unbelievable over the past few years. Lin recalls how he used to mess up the lyrics to the show. Twitter users made sure to let him know about it. Lin isn't sure what will happen with Broadway after the pandemic ends, but is glad that they could bring "Hamilton" into people's homes. "Hamilton" airs on Disney+ today.

The Daily Mirror claims Tiger King star Carole Baskin has joined 'Cameo' and is now doing custom videos for fans. She charges $100 for shout outs, birthday greetings and hellos....I just got a shiver....

Can't get out for fireworks? NBC has you covered with the Macy’s 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular. 8pm Central Celebrating America's birthday in New York with music, a special performance by National Youth Poet Laureate Amanda Gorman and fireworks; performers include Black Eyed Peas, The Killers, Lady A, John Legend, Tim McGraw and Brad Paisley.
