TMZ says Tiger was heading to a golf course to give Drew Brees golf lessons. He was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash Los Angeles County Sheriff's Captain James Powers says there was no indication of foul play. Woods underwent surgery for several leg injuries. Brobible says Tiger suffered two leg fractures and a shattered ankle
