That nomination means more to me now than it probably ever has, because we’ve won. ”

Carly Pearce is nominated for the ACM  Female Artist of the Year Award...and she talks about her feelings on it. "I think about the dreams that I’ve had of being nominated in this category. I think as a woman in country music, if you grew up the way that I did, wanting this so badly, you dreamt of your name being called in that. And so I truly am not just saying this. I feel like I’ve already won just being in those five.” The ACM Awards air this Sunday on CBS

Kyra Sedgwick says her husband Kevin Bacon is so handy around the house..so, why not ask him to help with a bikini wax… “There was a moment were I thought, I can’t pull the strip off, neither one of us could figure out how to pull it off do we need to go to the hospital.  I didn’t have to luckily, just the 1..2..3..and hope for the best.” If it involves a car, boat, the lawn or hammering a nail…were fine ladies…but nothing to do with hot wax please.

On Monday night's episode of American Idol, viewers were shocked to learn that Wyatt Pike dropped out of the competition after making it into the Top 16. Host Ryan Seacrest announced the news on the broadcast, but he did not reveal any details about Pike's sudden departure. As Deadline noted, Pike has since spoken out about the reason behind his American Idol exit on his Instagram saying only that he left for “personal reasons”

Today we start with Jake Owen and his musical influences.  He talks about how his brother introduced him to a lot of different music when he was a kid. ”He was introducing me to everybody…from Depeche Mode, Def Leppard, Van Halen.  All the way to Run DMC, everything all over the map really, Otis Redding I remember him playing for me. So, he really is responsible for allowing me hearing music that I would have never heard from my parents.” But, Jake stopped on country music and the rest his history.

Morgan Wallen broke his silence since he was caught saying the "N-word" on camera. The country music singer has remained silent up until Tuesday when he posted several photos of a hand-written letter to his fans. He started off by acknowledging the unexpected success of his music, and then addressed the elephant in the room, while also noting that he will not be performing this summer. Idris Elba talks about him playing James Bond ... He says his mother thinks he’ll get the part but he’s focused on music and "The Suicide Squad" right now. “I’m definitely doing that, the Suicide Squad is coming out this year, that’s a great look.  I’m really excited about that.” The Suicide Squad hits theaters and HBO Max August 6^th of this year.

Entertainment Tonight says the cast of ''ER'' is reuniting for a reunion episode on Thursday, April 22nd. The reunion is going to benefit Waterkeeper Alliance, an organization that works to ensure every community has drinkable, fishable and swimmable water.. George Clooney, Julianna Margulies, Noah Wyle, Anthony Edwards and other cast members will take part in the reunion

I mean, I think it would be the sickest thing in the world to be able to do those stadiums the way that Kenny does them.  And I feel like I got to learn from the best getting to watch Kenny. Kenan Thompson talks about the ‘Home Alone’ reboot..they started filming last May, got shut down because of COVID…now? “It was a long shoot, it started in Canada, got shut down and then came back around because of the pandemic. But, I think they’re getting very close to finishing it.” Home Alone is the sixth installment in the Home Alone franchise and will be a reboot of the original 1990 film.

Luke Bryan’s album "Born Here Live Here Die Here" debuted on the Country Albums chart at number one…making it his sixth consecutive appearance in the top position…so NOW there’s a DELUXE version.  Saying he’s got songs on his brain right NOW… “I think a lot of trends in music are fans love to be able to go and seek new music, and I’ve got the songs that I love. I got the songs that I’m proud of that tell the story of where I’m at right now, and there’s no need for fans not to hear ‘em right now." Says he doesn’t want to sit on them for a later project. Tiger Woods is recovering from his February 23^rd accident which left him pretty banged up.  The LA Sheriff insists that there was no “Preferential Treatment” shown to Tiger. “There was no signs of impairment, our primary concern once we obviously are at the scene of the collision was his safety.  This is were you have to switch gears, and make sure the person survives and receives the medical care they need.  That would occur at any collision of this type based on these circumstances.” Although Tiger was traveling 84 in a 45-mile speed zone to begin with.

We Got This Covered says Dwayne ''The Rock'' Johnson is being eyed to play a Terminator in an upcoming movie. No word on if he would be a good or bad Terminator. John Cena, Margot Robbie and previous Terminator star Edward Furlong are also being mentioned for the next Terminator project.

NBC says animal expert Jack Hanna, a favorite of late night talk shows, has Alzheimer's disease.  His family released a statement saying, “His condition has progressed much faster in the last few months than any of us could have anticipated.

Many of us have tried to stay active during the pandemic Florida Georgia Line's Brian Kelley has too... "I was throwing baseball, getting my arm in shape for a while there. And I still throw here and there, but I was getting pretty serious on it.   working in the yard, and just doing everything under the sun in between doing FGL stuff, Trying to stay physically healthy too, and bike rides, trail rides and all that stuff." Sounds like he has a handle on it, I’ve been stayin in shape I think…round IS a shape right?

Ace Showbiz says Chris Hemsworth is trying to convince Russell Crowe to make a sequel to ''Gladiator''. A source says Chris wants to produce the film. "Chris is in awe of Russell.
