If you check the Billboard Hot 100, you'll see Morgan Wallen's name a lot.  Over a THIRD of the songs on there right now are his. Morgan's album "One Thing at a Time" came out this month, and ALL 36 songs are now on the Hot 100 list.  That's a new record, and not just for country artists.  The old record was rapper Drake with 27 in 2018.  So Morgan has nine more than that. This only happens when a huge artist puts out a huge album . . . "huge" as in a ton of songs.

If you’re  an AVATAR fan…have we got news for YOU!!  Back in December, Hollywood insider Jeff Sneider revealed on his The Hot Mic podcast that James Cameron had an extended version of Avatar 3 that would put the Snyder cut of Justice League to shame. Now, he’s back with a report that the plan is to turn the nine-hour cut into a limited Disney+ series. Adding Plans could change but for now get ready for more blue people.

Fans at the Grand Ole Opry got a pleasant surprise Saturday. Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood made a surprise appearance!!  Garth did his '90s hit "Callin' Baton Rouge" . . and then Trisha joined him for a cover of "Shallow" from "A Star Is Born".

Over the past several years, Carly Pearce has picked up quite a few awards and accolades, including CMA awards, ACM, awards, multiple gold and platinum plaques, and most recently a Grammy award for “Never Wanted to be That Girl.” The Grammy trophy hasn’t arrived in the mail yet, but when it does, Carly knows exactly where she’s going to put it. “I have like an area now that has all of my awards. And my grandma, when she was little, used to sit around this really old radio from the 40s that my great grandfather always listened to. And he loved country music and listened to WSM all the time, and my parents for my induction into the Grand Ole Opry, they had it refurbished, the radio. And so it’s in my house now, and I think that the Grammy is gonna sit right on top of the radio.” Next up for Carly, she is nominated for two CMT Music Awards – Female Video of the Year for her current single, “What He Didn’t Do” and CMT Performance of the Year with LeAnn Rimes and Ashley McBryde, for their performance of “One Way Ticket” during CMT Crossroads: LeAnn Rimes & Friends.  The awards are fan voted, and voting is open now at vote.CMT.com.  The CMT Music Awards will air live from Austin, Texas, on Sunday, April 2nd, 7 CT on CBS.

According to Mothering Sunday, they have ranked the Sexiest Male Actor because why not!  Tom Hanks was number 3 on the list with the late Robin Williams at number 2. Fyi Patrick Swayze, Robert Redford and John Wayne made the list with Bradley Cooper dead last at number 10 and ‘Mavrick’ himself Tom Cruise topping it at #1.

Do REAL lightsabers exist?  Not exactly.  But at this year's South by Southwest Festival, Disney Parks and Experiences Chairman Josh D'Amaro showed off the next best thing. It's a lightsaber with a "blade" that actually expands and retracts, just like the ones in the "Star Wars" movies.  And it makes noises like them too.  Now the bad news:  At the moment, Disney has no plans to sell these things.  Check out the post here…

Def Leppard drummer Rick Allen was attacked outside a Florida hotel on Monday night.  He was standing outside the Four Seasons Hotel in Fort Lauderdale when a 19-year-old man ran at him at full speed and knocked him to the ground, where he hit his head. He was caught later, vandalizing cars in the parking lot of another hotel, and charged with abuse of an elderly or disabled adult with great harm. There's no word on Allen's condition.

Luke Combs was on “The Joe Rogan Experience” podcast and told Joe that couldn't imagine himself being a country star when he first moved to Nashville . . . because all the singers at that time "were hot."  Quote, "We're talking 6'5", abs . . . I mean, I didn't have chance." He would have been happy just sweeping floors in a studio just to be around music.  Besides, I've never had someone request a song because the artist has great abs.  If they did, I'd hang up.

Miranda Lambert has spent two decades with Sony Music Nashville, but this week she announced that she's leaving.  She thanked Sony in an Instagram post, and added, "I can't wait to see what my next adventure holds." It doesn’t mean she’s LEAVING country music…just the label.

Cher wants to go back to work and may do a residency in Las Vegas. A source tells Radar Online “A few years ago, she considered hanging up her hat, but she’s still got so much energy that she wants to go back to work. She surfs, rides a bike, and walks two to four miles a day. And she makes sure to exercise five times a week.”  With all the money she’s spending on her 29 year old boyfriend, she probably feels she NEEDS to go back to work..

Did you watch ‘Willow’ on Disney+? Well apparently, no one else did either…so…after ONE season of EIGHT episodes…it’s done. Disney+ doesn’t provide viewing data for its programming, but Willow didn’t break into the Nielsen top 10 rankings of streaming titles during its run. The series earned mostly positive reviews from critics.

Most of us would just like to survive into our 90s, and have enough mental bandwidth to play UNO . . . and loosely follow whatever's on CBS.  Willie Nelson is turning 90 next month, and he's not just sitting at home.  He's heading back out on the road this summer for another Outlaw Music Festival tour.  He'll be joined by tons of other artists, including Robert Plant and Alison Krauss, John Fogerty and many others.

March Madness is underway this weekend and I bet you didn’t know Carly Pearce LOVES college Basketball…and yes she has a specific team… “I love everything to do with the Kentucky Wildcats basketball. But I grew up with a father that’s very into sports and was very athletic. But I’m not very athletic other than running, so I’ve never really gotten that super into it, other than UK basketball.” She likes to watch races and running.

Season 3 of Ted Lasso is finally here and is now streaming on Apple TV+.  A new season means AFC Richmond has new expectations since they are back in the Premier League. The premiere episode is all about AFC Richmond not being respected by soccer experts as they are picked to finish 20th (last place) in the league. The players are not happy about this, which leads to Ted (Jason Sudeikis) making a big decision.

And finally, It doesn’t happen very often but sometimes Tom Cruise is told no….Geo TV says Norway is refusing to allow Tom Cruise to land a helicopter on the Arctic Island of Svalbard. Government officials say Tom's request for 30 helicopter landings for his movie ''Mission Impossible 8'' will disturb the local wildlife there.

Besides, Cruise was busy filming scenes for the next Mission Impossible - 500 miles south of the North Pole in an igloo. Meanwhile Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman are increasing the security at their Australian home because of alleged stalkers. They’re building a gatehouse that will be manned by security guards…are the two related? NAAAH…

The Daily Mirror reports Priscilla Presley has been locked out of Graceland by Lisa Marie Presley's daughter Riley.  The two are feuding over Lisa's estate because Riley is the sole executor. A source tells Entertainment Tonight, “Riley has been mourning the loss of her mother and is heartbroken to have to deal with a trust dispute with a family member." The Daily Record says Riley changed the locks on the doors while on a trip to Memphis.

Luke Combs is working on a 15-song hitting streak.  He scored his 15th consecutive #1 hit, with "Going, Going, Gone".  This is the first time a country artist has had a streak of chart-topping singles since their DEBUT. All of Luke's songs have hit Number One since his first single, "Hurricane", in 2016.

Tim McGraw may be more inked-up than you think.  He has Faith Hill's name tattooed on his arm a Leprechaun in honor of his dad.. "I have a leprechaun [tattoo] that I got years and years ago in New Orleans.   "[My] brothers both have one too because my dad liked leprechauns.  He had a leprechaun necklace he wore, so that's why I got it.  That's why my brothers have it as well.  M ine has the black cowboy hat on him." He has a tattoo with his kids' initials on it . . . and a DHD tattoo, which stands for his band, Dancehall Doctors.

Fox News says Tim Allen recently made an Academy Awards joke at the expense of Will Smith. He posted a picture of a padded boxing helmet along with the caption; "Off to a Academy Award dinner…the man has jokes….

And lastly, if you want to know what Chris Rock was doing during the Oscars? Well, he may not have been at the event, but he DID watch the show.  And not in private.  He attended a viewing party at a bar in Miami…plenty of security….

First, let’s talk about the Oscars…which were just “ho hum”…as I read..I didn’t watch it…unless you’re were REALLY jones’in for something to watch or you’re my uncle Milo who lives in Manitoba…"Everything Everywhere All at Once" won 7 of the 11 Oscars it was up for,  Host Jimmy Kimmel made several references to The Slap, and Brendan Fraser won Best Actor for "The Whale".

Carrie Underwood recently received a cake made out of 70 lb of cheese for her 40th birthday. She also got wine. She captioned pictures of her cake with:  "A 'cake' tower made entirely of cheese wheels & a lifetime's worth of wines starting at 1983… I feel understood..." It was kinda nice the pics making the rounds on social media.

The NY Post says Tiger Woods is worried his ex-girlfriend, Erica Herman, may ignore her non-disclosure agreement and reveal scandalous details about their relationship. Woods has to decide whether it’s worth paying so that this can go away. Or else, will he see her giving an interview to Dr. Phil?

The winners of the 2023 Razzies include Tom Hanks and his latex makeup in "Elvis" for Worst Couple, "Blonde" for Worst Picture, and Jared Leto in "Morbius" for Worst Actor.

Tim McGraw just released his stirring new single, “Standing Room Only,” which is already inspiring a lot of people to examine their life. “When I heard this song the lyrics hit me right away. I mean, it’s just so well written. It’s more about life affirmation, just like ‘Live Like You Were Dying.’ It wasn’t about dying, it was about living. it’s about going out and living life to the fullest, you know, and trying to be the best person you can be.”  “Standing Room Only” is the title track for Tim McGraw’s next album, which he will release later this year.

The new Scream movie, "Scream VI", topped the weekend box office. Cinemark Theaters is selling special Scream popcorn buckets. The buckets look like Ghostface's mask and hood. People are already reselling the buckets online for $100. They originally cost $19 at theaters.
