Deadline Hollywood says Jamie Foxx is going to play God in the upcoming comedy "Not Another Church Movie." Mickey Rourke is going to play the devil. The film was shot before the writers and actors strikes and is expected to be  released soon. A source says, "This movie will not disappoint."

Cole Swindell gives life advice for those who believe they are destined to be single their whole life…he tells Billboard magazine that he believes there is someone for everyone.  Saying “I think we all have our match out there. Some may be harder to find, but they're out there. Don't stop looking just because they aren't in your backyard. Trust me, the search is worth it in the end.”

Naughty Gossip says Katie Holmes recently started a secret friendship with Nicole Kidman. The friendship reportedly began because both women divorced Tom Cruise. A source tells the website, “They may not hang out together, but they have each other's backs’”. Why do you suppose they would have to do that? We all know Tom didn’t just WALK out of those relationships…he RAN out of those relationships. Because that’s what Tom does…he runs…everywhere…

Tim McGraw says that his career would be in a totally different place if not for his wife Faith Hill. He tells Entertainment Weekly. "I guarantee you, had I not gotten married to Faith at 29 years old, I probably would've ran my career into the ground or I would've died already with my career into the ground — one or the other, and it wouldn't have ever been where it's at now.’’

Just when you though “Barbie” going to IMAX was the end of it…oh, no..Variety magazine says a new Barbie animated series, named "Barbie: A Touch of Magic", will premiere on Netflix on Sept. 14th. The show is about two Barbie characters who find a baby Pegasus and then go on an adventure.

Matthew McConaughey doesn't smoke pot.  At least that's the word from his wife Camila Alves.  She says, "I don't think people actually [have] this image of Matthew "When we first started dating, it was this image of Matthew of getting high, laid back, no shirt, whatever.  Which, I'm like, 'The guy doesn't even smoke.  What is this vision coming from?'  Oh I don’t know Camila maybe it was his naked bongo-playing, pot-smoking arrest in 1999..

National Dog Day is Saturday.  So to get ready for the occasion, dog dad Chris Evans made a surprise visit to a shelter in New York City called Animal Haven to promote adoption. Chris gave the shelter dogs lots of treats from premium dog food brand Jinx . . . and also belly rubs. Watch a video of his visit at People.com.

Tim McGraw is a global superstar, but he'll always be a Louisiana boy at heart.  I'm basing that on his favorite foods.  He told "ET Canada" that his go-to cheat meal is peas and cornbread, collard greens, pork chops, rice, and gravy.  When he reaches for something sweet, it might be Coca-Cola cake, or Cocoa Puffs.

TMZ says Kevin Hart recently injured himself in a race against former NFL player Stevan Ridley. "I'm in a wheelchair. Why? Well, because I tried to jump out there and do some young stuff. Me and Stevan, we got into a little debate. This debate was based off of who's faster. We get out there. We go run the 40 yard dash. Tore my lower abdomen. My adductors are torn. I don't even know what that is, but I tore them. I tore those too. I can't walk." Kevin calls himself the "stupidest man alive" for attempting the race.

Garth Brooks tells The Tennessean newspaper that he envisions his Friends in Low Places bar as "the Chick-Fil-A of honky-tonks." "I want a thumping, crazy place where people feel good — but they're also safe, loved, comfortable, and are treated well with good manners." Still no word on when the grand opening will be..the website just says “opening soon”

A.V. CLUB says the Barbie movie will be released in IMAX theaters on September 22nd. The film will have brand new bonus footage and Page Six says Britney Spears recently got a new puppy named Snow.

We finally got a teaser trailer and a few first look images of the 10-episode "Frasier" reboot.  There's even an updated version of the theme song,   The series will follow Kelsey Grammer  returning to Boston after making a home in Seattle. The first two episodes premiere October 12th on Paramount+, with new episodes coming out every Thursday. For fans who don't have a subscription, you'll get a chance to see those two episodes on October 17th on CBS. Watch the teaser and see images HERE

Luke Combs says he's "honored to be the inspiration" behind the design of Bubba Wallace's NASCAR car.  He shared a look at it on Instagram, and said, "Go get 'em, Bubba!"  The new paint scheme will debut at the NASCAR Cup Series' regular season finale at Daytona this weekend…

New Idea magazine says Meghan Markle might star in "The Bodyguard 2" with Kevin Costner. Costner once talked with Princess Diana about doing a movie together. A source tells the magazine, "The only thing Kevin loves more than an underdog like Meghan is a box office hit."

Spotify’s most streamed songs of the summer are out and country tops that list.  With Morgan Wallen’s song “Last Night” . Making Morgan and his song the FIRST ever country song to do so.  Other country hits making the list were “Fast Car” by Luke Combs at number 6, number 10 was Morgan Wallen with “You Proof” , Zach Bryan with “Something In The Orange” at number 15 and Morgan Wallen at number 17 with “Wasted On You”

NME magazine says Britney Spears' Broadway musical, Once Upon A One More Time, is closing after three months. The musical started on March 13th and will end on September 3rd.  The show used Spears' songs and was about a fairytale ..of a princess kept captive by her cruel parents who take all of her money and don’t let her do anything…but work…all the time…

And finally, speaking of Britney Spears, Marca magazine says Madonna wants Britney to join her on tour. A source tells the magazine, “Madonna originally wanted Britney to join her on tour this year. Everything was pushed back because of her illness, but she still wants Britney to join her at the Kia Forum.
