Jon Stewart is returning to "The Daily Show" on Comedy Central, but only on Monday nights.  The remainder of the week will be handled by a team of correspondents.  He starts February 12th.

Security footage from the Dawg House in Nashville shows a Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission agent shoving Chris Young . . . rather than the other way around, as early reports made it seem. They're waiting for an apology from the Commision if they don't get one...Chris will have to go to court.

Elle King had a bit of a rough night on the Grand Ole Opry stage recently.  A video of the incident that was supposed to celebrate Dolly Parton at the Opry is on Youtube, it’s pretty brutal..Elle hasn't spoken about it yet, but her show in Texas on Friday just got mysteriously postponed until September.

And lastly, Joe Exotic the ole Tiger King himself is seeking legal advice from Kim Kardashian while he is in prison. He reached out to her on Instagram and is asking for help in proving his innocence.  Kim has not said whether or not she is going to help.

Chris Young was arrested Monday night at a Nashville bar for confronting Alcohol Beverage Commission officers who were conducting routine checks.  Cops say his eyes were bloodshot and watery and he was slurring his speech…That’s kinda what happens when you’re in a bar drinkin…

"Oppenheimer" leads all Oscar nominees with 13, and "Poor Things" has 11.  "Barbie" has eight, but Greta Gerwig and Margot Robbie were snubbed.  The 95^th Academy Awards is March 10^th 6pm on ABC…

Riley Green says there’s a lot of benefits to playing sports. "You don't play sports; I don't know what you do after school. Maybe you go home and play Nintendo or something. But those social skills, spending time with other people and relying on other people, and being held accountable for being on time, and working hard and practicing. There's a lot of benefits to playing sports..” He says it kept him busy after school. He wasn't out there doing something I shouldn't have been doing."

In case you didn't know, Sofia Vergara is actually BLONDE.  She dyed her hair dark to make it in Hollywood and says it was worth the risk because it got her the role on "Modern Family".

The Razzie nominees were announced yesterday.  "The Expendables 4" leads with seven nominations, followed by "The Exorcist: Believer" and "Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey" with five each.  Winners will be announced March 9th, the day before the Oscars.

Brooks & Dunn are hitting the road once again!!  They’ve just announced the return of their “Reboot Tour”.   B&D will see 20 dates on the road that include stops in the U.S. and Canada that kicks off in Palm Beach FL May 3^rd.  For THIS “reboot” they'll be joined by David Lee Murphy and ERNEST.

Would YOU be ok with Carrie Underwood playing the halftime show for the Super Bowl?  Well she says she’s open to doing that at a future Super Bowl. Wide Open Country quotes her as saying, "I mean, that's a lot of pressure. It would have to be just the right circumstances."

And lastly, Ryan Gosling got suspended from school in first grade, for throwing steak knives at other kids.  It's because he'd just seen "First Blood".  He said, quote, "I thought we were in the movie."

How about a shot of “Traveler Whiskey” It’s the latest endeavor by Chris Stapleton!  He’s teamed up with Buffalo Trace to create the concoction…It’s a little confusing for some because he said in a "GQ" article that he was "all but sober".  But to clarify.. He adds, that, "he got in a drinking contest with himself in his 20s and lost."  But now that he has kids a lot has changed, including his drinking habits.

There is NO place like home…that’s the lesson  we learned in “The Wizard of Oz”…some CAN take that a little literal…like the man who stole the actual ruby slippers. a career criminal named Terry Martin.  He lifted the shoes from the Judy Garland Museum in 2005.  But NOT because he knew anything about their cultural significance. Terry had never even seen the movie, he thought they had real RUBIES…They don’t…Terry will be sentenced next week…
