Kevin Bacon once bought farmland under the condition that he had to destroy the haunted house on the property within a month.  The owner was worried Kevin would become possessed and "do some serious damage.  Of course, he destroyed it.  And his wife Kyra Sedgwick didn't want to take any chances, so she didn't let him keep ANYTHING from the house.  And no, he hasn't seen any ghosts.  BUT he hopes someday it happens.

If you’ve ever seen Jackson Dean’s video for “Fearless” Just know it was a family affair!  Saying it wasn’t just a story about a guy and a girl “I knew I wanted to use my brother and my sister-in-law and my niece to tell that story, because what else is greater there to fight for than your family? I can’t think of many other things.” He knew all the close-ups of them was gonna be genuine, and it was gonna be real, and it was a real family.

If you were hoping for the return of rock and roll to the Super Bowl Halftime Show . . . well, there's always next season.  Because this season, we're getting Usher. This will actually be Usher's SECOND halftime appearance.  He also performed with the Black Eyed Peas when they headlined the show in 2011. Super Bowl 58 goes down February 11th at Allegiant Stadium in Vegas.

Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes tells Fox Sports that he felt pressure to throw a touchdown to Travis Kelce yesterday because Taylor Swift was at the game against the Bears. “Yeah, I heard she was in the house. I felt a little bit of pressure. So I knew I had to give it to Trav. I think he wanted to get into the end zone just as much as all the other Swifties wanted him to.”  KC won 41-10.

Dustin Lynch is now a pilot!  He tells Music Mayhem magazine that his friend pushing him made him get his piloting license. "He has a handful of airplanes, and he goes 'Man I'm at least making you give it a shot, I'm sending you one of my airplanes and you can learn in it.' That made my excuses go away fairly quickly. I obviously could have been like, 'Hey man this isn't for me' and sent it back. But I didn't want to let my buddies down."

Dolly Parton has released another song from her album, "Rockstar".  It's a cover of the 4 Non Blondes 1993 hit, "What's Up?" . . . and it features the band's former singer-songwriter Linda Perry.

Toby Keith is releasing a greatest hits album of songs that he wrote ALONE. There are 13 of them, including "Should've Been a Cowboy", "He Ain't Worth Missing", and "Courtesy of the Red, White and Blue".  It's called "100% Songwriter", and it'll be out November 3^rd.

Carrie Underwood’s Deluxe Edition Of Her Album, 'Denim And Rhinestones' is out today and we asked about the new songs…“I definitely wanted all the songs to fit with the rest of the body of work, but it’s just more. It’s more denim. It’s more rhinestones. I feel like the vibe was so cool and I just enjoyed this era so much that I just wanted to keep it going.” Adding the extra songs are just an extension for the original. “Denim And Rhinestones' Deluxe Edition is out now.

Variety Magazine says Ryan Reynolds is going to be honored with the Robin Williams Legacy of Laughter Award on October 9th in New York City. This award, given by Williams' children, is presented each year through Glenn Close's mental-health non-profit organization, BC2M.

Luke Combs tells Esquire magazine that he feels like he's getting old, despite being only 33. "Getting old, man. Not really, but feels like it. And I feel like me saying I'm not getting old is actually me getting old. That's how it starts” I would have to disagree…it STARTS with Advil every morning…but, I will admit it sounds like the next country song.

Business Insider says Prince once mistook Leslie Jones for Chris Rock during a "Saturday Night Live" episode. The mix-up happened when the room was dark. Leslie writes; "I'll never forget Prince being on SNL; at one point he saw me on the side of the stage and because the room was dark, he thought I was Chris Rock. I know that because he called me Chris Rock."

People Magazine says Garth Brooks recently baked a chocolate cake for his wife Trisha Yearwood's 59th birthday. It was the first time Garth made a cake. Trisha was impressed and called it the sweetest gift he has ever given her.

There's been talk recently that Matthew McConaughey and Woody Harrelson could actually be brothers.  And it turns out that talk was started by Matthew's own mother, Kay.  It came up on a casual conversation while on vacation.  She told the boys that sha and Woody’s dad used to frequent the same place out in West Texas. Apparently, Kay was separated from Matthew's dad right around the time she "knew" Woody's father.  So…

This is just a little TOO perfect:  Taylor Swift was spotted out on the town in New York City on Tuesday night, arm-in-arm with . . . SOPHIE TURNER.  Sophie just announced her split from Joe Jonas . . . who just happens to also be Taylor's ex.  What . . . or WHO . . . do you think Taylor and Sophie talked about? Taylor and Joe dated about 15 years ago . . . which should make you feel incredibly old.  And Taylor claimed that he broke up with her in a 27-second phone call.

Carrie Underwood says she's focused on limiting her kids' technology use as much as possible. "Even television, I notice if they kind of watch too much TV, they have an attitude shift and I’m like, 'Why are you moody? Sometimes they’ve learned a lot from different television programs and movies and stuff like that. But it’s a struggle.”

Our country's great financial standoff is officially over:  Vanna White is returning to the “Wheel of Fortune". She extended her run through the 2025 - '26 season, taking her two years into Ryan Seacrest's run as host. There's no word how much Vanna's making, but sources say she got a "substantial increase" from the $3 million salary she's been earning for the past 18 years.

Especially in country — if you're not really on the radio, [people are] like, 'Where'd y'all go?' We've been right here, working just as hard as we've been working. Even harder.

Call it a Christmas miracle:  Even though strikes have brought Hollywood to a standstill, Hallmark has 40 all-new, original holiday movies in the pipeline for this year. No, they didn't break the strike.  They didn't even get exemptions.  They just ramped up production when it became obvious that the strike was coming. The festivities kick off on Friday, October 20^th.

Rumors of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce dating or not, swirling around.  Life & Style Weekly says Travis shared his dating deal breakers and turn offs. He dislikes snooty attitudes and high maintenance behavior. You have to be grounded. You have to have some sort of balanced lifestyle. High maintenance I’m out the door.” Well, nothing has been confirmed just yet between them. But based off THAT alone…Good luck Taylor.
