The List for Friday, December 22nd 2023

Welcome to The List,

People do crazy things at concerts…Tim McGraw tells USA Today that his wife, Faith Hill, sometimes has to calm him down when people throw things on stage. “I’ve been known to jump off stage and she tells me, if someone throws something at you, do NOT go off stage and go after them. You can hurt the artist or someone else and it ruins the show for everyone. Don’t throw anything that could hurt anybody.”

Radar Online says Robert De Niro is allegedly driving his girlfriend, Tiffany Chen, crazy with his moody behavior and political tirades. The 80-year-old actor recently went off-script at an awards show. Chen has to deal with his agitated behavior at home and is left to care for their eight-month-old baby while he rants and raves about politicians.

Luke Bryan tells Entertainment Tonight that he wants to relax with his wife, Caroline, over the holidays. “I’m not really balancing [work and life] that well this year. I’m like, ‘Baby, this is a rough year,; let’s just get through it and then we’ll find a boat and go to the Caribbean or something.”

Carrie Underwood Remembers A Great Xmas Gift And One That Still Has Her Wondering … “I remember gettin’ a Teddy Ruxpin when I was little, and I just thought that that was the coolest thing ever. I got a tent one year, too. I don’t really know what that was about. I don’t quite remember asking Santa for a tent.” Maybe, THAT was something her parents asked for??

Darius Rucker Doesn’t Wrap Christmas Presents, and I feel his pain … “I buy it and go, ‘Honey, wrap this!’ I don’t wrap, and it definitely doesn’t look like Dillard’s’ [wrapping]. It would be frumpy is what it would be” I’m a huge proponent of lots of duct tape…

What’s old is new again…People magazine says Frank Sinatra has re-entered the Billboard Hot 100 chart for the first time in 56 years with his rendition of “Jingle Bells.” The late crooner’s recording climbed from No. 28 to No. 20 on the chart and became his fourth Top 20 hit.

The List for Wednesday, February 25th 2026

Welcome to The List,

How much tragedy can one family take? Martin Short’s daughter Katherine has died at just 42 from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound. She was one of three children Martin adopted with his late wife Nancy Dolman, who passed away in 2010. His rep says the family is devastated and asking for privacy. Martin has postponed his upcoming show with Steve Martin in Milwaukee.

Apparently, Prince Andrew wants a support group with Prince Harry called “Spare Parts Anonymous,” but Meghan Markle is NOT approving the membership. Insiders say Andrew feels bonded with Harry over being mistreated by the Royal Family, but Meghan is disgusted by him and wants nothing to do with it.

Boot scoot alert, Brooks & Dunn are extending their Neon Moon Tour with 14 brand new headlining shows this fall. This comes after sharing stadium stages with Morgan Wallen and major festivals like Stagecoach. The tour kicks off September 10th and wraps October 9th, with the closest stop to us in Moline, Illinois. Presale starts today, and yes, the code is BOOTSCOOTIN, which might be the most Brooks & Dunn thing ever.

Carson Daly just took a playful flamethrower to Blake Shelton’s ego at a Voice event in New York. Talking about Blake winning People’s Sexiest Man Alive in 2017, Carson said Gwen Stefani must’ve been the only one voting. For the record, Adam Levine and John Legend have won it too, so apparently Voice coaches come with built-in abs…
