Welcome to The List,

Paramount is kicking off 4th of July weekend with a “Yellowstone” marathon of all five seasons. It starts tomorrow night at 8:00 p.m. Eastern/Pacific.  Then it’ll continue at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday, and at noon on Monday and Tuesday. It’s a perfect time to catch up before Season 5 returns in November with its FINAL episodes.  Then an untitled sequel series WITHOUT Kevin Costner will premiere sometime in December.

Miranda Lambert’s MuttNation Foundation is really taking off again this year.  Her and Tractor Supply have teamed up for the third year to donate more than $250,000 to 52 animal shelters across the country.  They’re selecting one beneficiary in every state . . . plus Washington D.C. and a “wildcard pick” . . . and each will get $5,000.

CMT is introducing a new, eight-episode series on July 7th.  “CMT Summer Sessions” will feature artists like Ashley McBryde, Chris Janson, Jordan Davis, Lee Brice, and Tanya Tucker performing lakeside at Southall in Franklin, Tennessee.

There have been rumors that Kelly and Carrie have been feuding for years because of their respective statuses on ‘American Idol’. Kelly says there is no feud and that she doesn’t even know Carrie.  “People always pit us together and we don’t even know each other well enough to be, like we’ve run into each other a handful of times. There’s not beef between us, there’s well, nothing between us. We’ve literally run into each other a few times.”

Jelly Roll says he’s not a beer drinker. Whiskey Riff quotes him as saying, “The funny thing about this is I’ve just never drank a beer. I’ve always looked at beer as men’s version of wine. It’s kind of like something, you know, girls would do. When a dude’s like oh I drank 10 beers I’m like “Or you could’ve drank 3 shots like a real man.”

The Daily Star says 92 year-old William Shatner allegedly wants to get a facelift because he wants to look younger for his 64-year-old wife, Elizabeth. A source says, “He still thinks of himself as a suave ladies man. The only woman he’s interested in is Elizabeth. He wants to look nice and youthful for her”.

The List for Thursday, February 19th 2026

Welcome to The List,

Travis Kelce is out here setting expectations so high the rest of us are gonna get yelled at for bringing home gas station flowers. He’s reportedly spent $141,000 on pre-wedding gifts for Taylor Swift, including Rolex watches, designer jackets, and daily flower deliveries. Daily. Meanwhile, I forgot my anniversary once and tried to fix it with a breakfast burrito. Travis Kelce just ruined relationships for every man in America.

Lainey Wilson is teasing new music, and the title might be the most Lainey Wilson thing ever. The new single is called “Can’t Sit Still,” which tracks, because she’s been everywhere except my back yard party. She says her friends describe her as “a suitcase with legs,” which honestly sounds like Delta Airlines lost her twice already. No official release date yet, but she says it’s coming “real soon,” so prepare your playlists accordingly.

-----

Bunnie XO just revealed she thought Jelly Roll was a jerk when they first met, which proves once again women love a fixer-upper. She said he had “teddy bear with teeth energy” and sad eyes, and she basically looked at him like a home improvement project from HGTV. Fast forward to now, they’re one of Country music’s biggest power couples. Moral of the story, sometimes the guy who ignores you becomes your husband.

-----

The new Mummy reboot is ditching the Tom Cruise action vibe and going straight for emotional damage. This one’s from the director of Evil Dead Rise, so instead of running from explosions, you’ll be running from your own nightmares. It’s about a girl who disappears and comes back after spending quality time inside a 3,000-year-old coffin. It hits theaters April 17th, and I’ll be watching it from the safety of daylight and denial.

You can catch The List, this afternoon at 4:20 with Jonathan Knight. Only on Iowa’s BEST Country KIX 101.1
