There’s a fungus-killing bacteria named after Keanu Reeves because he’s “extremely deadly in his roles.”  during an Ask Me Anything forum on Reddit on Saturday, a user asked Keanu what he thought about it, and he seemed pretty into it.  He said, quote, “They should’ve called it John Wick . . . but that’s pretty cool . . . and surreal for me.  But thanks, scientist people!  Good luck and thank you for helping us.”

It’s pretty obvious from Chris Rock’s Netflix special over the weekend that he hasn’t forgiven Will Smith.  But apparently, Will is trying to make things right. A “source” says,  “He’s tried unsuccessfully to make amends in the best way he could with Chris.  But beyond that, family is important to him and [Smith] leaned on them.” adding that Will feels he has become a better person since then.  Quote, “He is better but still remorseful.”

People have been wondering about a phrase in Chris Janson’s new song “All I Need Is You” it’s the one about “a bigger one on the wall” . . . What’s that about? He says “I think people read too much into things that are very obvious.  “It’s about a bigger fish or a bigger buck, or any kind of wild game. As a hunter and a fisher and a conservationist, we always want the next biggest greatest thing, so that’s where that line came from.”

Another ‘Alien’ movie is in the works…it’ll be the ninth in the franchise.  The press release says of the film. “a group of young people on a distant world [who] find themselves in a confrontation with the most terrifying life form in the universe,”.  The new ‘Alien’ film begins production in Budapest March 9^th.

Blake Shelton tells Entertainment Tonight that he has been getting emotional while filming episodes for his final season on “The Voice”. “I don’t think it’s really gonna hit me until the last episode, because when you’re in it, you’re in it.  But there’s been a few moments. I mean, it’s been 23 seasons, 12 years. I met my wife on there. Everything good that could come from something like that, I maxed it out.”

Lastly, more Keanu Reeves news…Giant Freaking Robot says Keanu Reeves was recently doing a Q&A session on Reddit when he said he would like to do a John Wick crossover with Denzel Washington’s franchise, “The Equalizer”. “That would be crazy. Crazy good!” I would agree…
