Friday is day two of the Rose Festival at State Center. Activities will begin at 3:00 p.m. Other highlights of the evening include the coronation of the Rose Queen at 7:00 p.m., live music, and a fireworks show at dusk. for more information log onto to statecenterrosefestival.org.
