In State Center the 2016 edition of the Rose Festival gets underway this afternoon with the highlight of the evening tonight being the Rose Queen Pageant and Talent Show. That event will take place at West Marshall High School at 7:00 p.m. Other highlights include a sand volleyball tournament, a motorcycle program at Bailey`s Pizza, root beer floats, and an artistic event called Paint The Town Roses which will be along West Main Street there.
