The MTV TV and Movie Awards were held over the weekend…big winners seem to be Marvel properties like The Falcon and the Winter Soldier were Anthony Mackie won “Best Hero”, Other shows like Wanda-Vision were big winners in Best Performance, Best Fight and Best Duo with Anthony Mackie and Sebastian Stan winners in that category…Best Show went to WandaVision.
Nick Jonas was hospitalized over the weekend after suffering an injury on the set of an unnamed project. According to sources who spoke to TMZ, the unspecified injury occurred Saturday night and resulted in the singer being rushed to a hospital via ambulance, and was released from the hospital Sunday evening. In other news from the set of The Voice, it looks like the rotating chair in the middle will rotate judges once again…NBC announced this is Jonas’s last season on “The Voice” and would not be returning for Season 21. Instead, Ariana Grande will take his place.
The Guardian newspaper says Tom Cruise and Russia are in a race to be the first to shoot a movie in space. Both productions will start in October now that Russia has already cast the lead in their movie.
