Sanitary sewer repairs in Ames on Grand Avenue will shift to daytime work only beginning today. Workers will be on the job between 7am and 7pm. The project is expected to be finished by May 5th.
Also, Saturday is Spring Yard Waste Day in Ames. Residents will be able to dispose of yard waste at no charge at Chamness Technology at 400 Freel Drive.
