The Marshalltown School Board meet in special and closed session Wednesday. They talked about moving forward with Phase Two of the Roundhouse Project that would build a wrestling room and an extra gym for the school. The process has been slowed down by a protest by a local construction firm claiming no fair in process of awarding a bid for the project. No comment from school officials on the matter since it was in closed session. The next school board meeting is on Tuesday of next week.
