Officials of the American Legion say a fundraising pork sale will be taking place today that will feature a truck load pork sale and a free will offering meal with products from JBS. The event will be held Thursday afternoon at the Legion Golf course facility off of South Sixth Street in Marshalltown starting at four p-m. The meal portion of the event will feature the JBS corporate grill which was also used in Marshalltown Wednesday at a Farmers Market event in the parking lot of the Marshalltown Mall.
