Monday was a new day at what is now called Unity Point Health Marshalltown. A celebratory type of day was held at the hospital. Unity Point Waterloo C-E-O Pam Delagardelle says there is much work that remains from a transitional standpoint but they hope things are pointed in the right direction. Central Iowa Health Care went through a long period of money woes and opted to declare bankruptcy last December. The change over became official on Monday.
