This is week is National Public Health Week, Marshall County Public Health Director Sydney Grewell talks about some of the things her department focuses on and educates the public on throughout the year.

Her department also teams up with Marshall County Emergency Management to talk about Emergency Preparedness tactics.

Grewell says almost every County has a public health department, but each department is different.

Grewell encourages people to follow her department’s Facebook page as she is posting information about different diseases and health issues common in our community.
