Yesterday the Marshalltown Bobcat girls bowling team competed in the Iowa Alliance Conference Meet and as a team they ended up in 7th overall but as a team had the highest score all season. Cam Thomas led the way for the Bobcats as she earned 2nd team All-Conference with a 555 series. The State Qualifying meet is set for Monday at Wayward Social.
Last night the Bobcat girls basketball team traveled down to Grinnell to take on the Tigers. Lots of turnovers and fouls led to a low scoring game and a game that came down to free throws. The Bobcats struggled at the line and fall to the Tigers 26 to 32. The Bobcats are now 9-6 on the season and still looking for that 10th win on the season.
The cats are back in action tonight when they travel to Fort Dodge for a double header. KFJB-TV will have coverage of the games tonight starting at 7pm with Voice of the Bobcats Brandon Lewis and Everyone’s Favorite Dylan Does.
