The List for Monday, January 19th 2026

Welcome to The List,

TMZ reports former NBA star Lamar Odom was arrested in Las Vegas for driving under the influence. He was also cited for speeding and improper lane changes, and get this — he was allegedly going 41 miles per hour over the speed limit. This is especially troubling given Lamar’s well-documented history with addiction. His ex-wife Khloé Kardashian famously helped him recover after a near-fatal overdose in 2015. Hopefully this is a wake-up call before things spiral again.

Today is Dolly Parton’s birthday, and yes — she’s officially 80 years old. To celebrate, the Governor of Tennessee has proclaimed today Dolly Parton Day statewide. Eight decades in, she’s still a music icon, philanthropist, and national treasure. If anyone’s earned their own holiday, it’s Dolly.

Ella Langley just revealed the inspiration behind her song Choosin’ Texas, co-written with Miranda Lambert — and it’s a kangaroo. During a writers retreat, Miranda told a true story about getting pulled over on a dirt road with a baby kangaroo in the back seat, her dog riding shotgun, and Texas plates on the car. Ella joked, “She’s from Texas, I can tell,” and that line became the hook. The rest of the song was finished in thirty minutes.

Charlie Sheen is allegedly in serious financial trouble after burning through an estimated $147 million. Insiders say his net worth is now far smaller than people think, and he’s scrambling to find help. His last real option may be his father, Martin Sheen, but sources say even Martin is done cleaning up messes. Charlie is reportedly stressed and worried this could ruin him. Winning may not solve everything after all.

The List for Thursday, March 19th 2026

Welcome to The List…

Hollywood’s biggest fear is officially here. Dead actors… still booking roles. A new movie is using A.I. to bring Val Kilmer back. Yeah. From the grave… straight to the premiere. The director says Val wanted this. His family signed off too. Which is great… until your Netflix suggestions start haunting you. Somewhere an Oscar just felt uncomfortable.

-----

Tom Brady says he wears a disguise to his kids’ games. Not kidding. Hoodie. Hat. Full undercover quarterback mode. Apparently the kids don’t want attention on them because… you know… their dad is TOM BRADY. Imagine trying to sneak into a gym when you’re built like a superhero statue. Sir… we still know it’s you.

-----

Rumor is Keith Urban might be going through a midlife crisis after the split. Sources say he wants to live the single life again. Totally different person now. Which honestly just sounds like every guy who suddenly discovers energy drinks and fitted jeans. Next step is obvious. Corvette. New Balance. Bluetooth headset.

-----

Kenny Chesney just launched his own record label. Big move. Real boss energy. It’s named after his boat… because of course it is. And the first artist he signed…drumroll… Kenny Chesney. Man skipped the middleman and hired himself. HR meeting must be real smooth.
