Welcome to The List,
Perez Hilton says Kelsea Ballerini and Chase Stokes have allegedly reconciled again. He posted a New Year’s Eve photo of them together with a very “growth, truth, love” caption which immediately sent insiders into panic mode. A source claims friends and family are begging her to walk away, saying this cycle has already left scars. The concern? Chaos feels like chemistry, apologies keep winning, and the reunion might be part loneliness, part PR. Insiders whisper give it a few weeks… the confetti settles, the mask slips, and 2026 starts with baggage that should’ve stayed in 2025

Jelly Roll just landed the January cover of Men’s Health, after losing 275 pounds. He says the real change happened when he started treating food like an addiction and digging into why he was eating, not just what. That mindset shift changed everything. From rock bottom to Men’s Health cover… that’s a full life rewrite.

TMZ reports America’s Got Talent finalist Brian King Joseph is suing Will Smith for sexual harassment. The violinist claims Smith fired him from his tour after he reported the alleged behavior and says it led to PTSD and mental health struggles. Will Smith denies the allegations and says he’ll fight the case in court. This one’s serious, messy, and likely far from over.

By now you’ve probably seen a dozen headlines screaming that MTV shut down its music channels and that’s only half true. What those articles conveniently leave out is this: the shutdown is happening outside the U.S. In places like the UK, Australia, France, Poland, Brazil, and more. Americans still have MTV Live and MTV Classic, and there’s no word yet if Paramount plans to pull the plug. The main MTV channel isn’t going anywhere either so don’t worry, your Teen Moms and Jersey apes are safe… for now.
You can catch The List, weekday afternoon at 4:20 with Jonathan Knight. Only on Iowa’s BEST Country KIX 101.1
