The National Weather Service is predicting some additional rainfall for the listening area Saturday night into Sunday morning. The timing primarily is between 11 p-m and seven a-m Sunday morning. Some 35. to .75 hundreths worth is anticipated. At present there are no flood concerns along the Iowa River at Marshalltown, A crest is anticpated early Monday morning of just below the flood stage of 19 feet. This is in direct comparison to the near record flood conditions anticipated for Eastern Iowa.
