The List for Wednesday, October 8th 2025

Welcome to The List,

Dolly Parton’s sister hopped online asking for prayers, saying Dolly “hasn’t been feeling her best.” The 79-year-old legend just postponed her Vegas tour thanks to a kidney stone that decided to throw a party and turn into an infection. But don’t worry, Dolly’s still hustling. She’s got a new book dropping November 11 and a Broadway musical in 2026. So yeah, she might be down, but this queen doesn’t stay there long. Send those prayers she’s too sparkly to stop now.

“Fast & Furious 11” might be hitting the brakes before it even starts. Vin Diesel’s gotta shave $50 million off the $250 million budget or the whole thing might get scrapped. Universal’s talking fewer cast members and no fancy overseas shoots which, honestly, might mean less family time. The franchise has been sputtering lately anyway. Like really, who out here asked for ANOTHER Fast & Furious movie? Even my car’s tired of hearing about it.

—–

So apparently Taylor Swift has no plans to do the Super Bowl Halftime Show anytime soon because she’s “too focused” on Travis Kelce and his stellar on-field performance. Yeah. “Locked in” on the guy who’s been dropping passes like mixtapes. Tay Tay,  but you could headline the Super Bowl and still have time to babysit the Chiefs’ offense.

—–

Zach Bryan’s stirring things up again because of course he is. He dropped a teaser of a new song on Instagram called “the fading of the red, white and blue,” and it mentions ICE raids. Naturally, everyone freaked out, so he jumped back online to say, “chill out, the full song hits both sides.” Basically, he’s just a 29-year-old guy confused like the rest of us… only with a guitar and millions of followers watching him do it.

Tom Brady might be trading touchdowns for turnbuckles. Wrestling chatter says he could face Logan Paul at WrestleMania. Sources claim negotiations are happening but no official deal yet. Their recent trash talk and flag football drama fueled speculation.

NFL GOAT possibly suiting up in spandex soon.

Travis Kelce just secured another bag in Kansas City. He reportedly signed a three-year deal worth over fifty-four million. Incentives could push the total close to fifty-eight million.
