This week will be the Central Iowa Fair starting on Wednesday, July 9th. Chelsea Llewellyn, Program Coordinator with the Iowa State Extension Office, shares some of the events happening this week.
She says the Monarch Tent will be open Thursday 10am – 12noon, Friday 2 – 4pm, and Saturday 2 – 5pm and the Monarchs will be released at 5pm. She then mentions there will be some youth events Thursday through Saturday
Friday will be Agriculture Day and there will be “Minute to Win-It” games happening in the Activity building from 1 – 3pm. Learn more about all the activities at the Central Iowa Fair online at centraliowafairgrounds.com
